I booked a suite, was put in a handicap room( which was fine) however the room from the beginning had a urine smell. I complained to the desk staff about it and they said they would have the room cleaned and have the carpets cleaned. The room after the “cleaning” still had a urine smell. We did not have daily cleaning or towel replacements, only on request. On my last night I had asked if there was any way I could get a percentage off my stay due to the smell and was told that because I had booked it through a third party there was nothing that could be done.
So basically I was stuck in a smelly room for 5 days and no way to get any money back. This is a real problem when going through a third party vendor.
