Quality Inn & Suites Golden - Denver West

Large rooms. First night checked in late and room was smoky. Complained to front desk the next morning and switched to a very clean, smokeless room. Good service!

I went to check in was told I couldn’t because they don’t accept digital IDs and never got a refund

Disgusting. We tried 2 rooms and they were both run down and dirty, as well as the halls, elevator, and lobby. I stayed one night and ended up having to find a different place for night 2. I still have to try to get a refund for the night I couldn't stay. I don't have one good thing to say about this hotel and it was WAY overpriced.

My husband and I came to Colorado for a concert and decided on the Quality Inn. I'm a Choice Rewards member and enjoy the deals. We decided on this hotel because it wasn't too far from the venue and the price seemed reasonable. Check-on was good, the young man had checked the same was very nice. Upon entering the room it appeared nice and clean. However, a closer look, it appeared it was in need of some maintenance. Towel bar was loose and not screwed in properly. There was some sort of bug smooshed on the wall, which appeared to be a very small cockroach. Hot tub was working, however, pool was closed for maintenance. Hot tub was indoor and smelled a little mildewy. Breakfast was very slim and appeared no one was keeping up on it. Coffee tasted old and they were running out food items. Nobody ever came to check on those food items. We were supposed to stay two more nights. We found a different hotel a little further away it worked out better.

The staff were wonderful and the place is very nice. A good rate for the quality. I will come back next year and recommend it to my team.

There were many long strands of hair in the bathroom and main room. Apparently no sweeping or vacuuming done

Bare minimum for breakfast. Room floor needs some sweeping. Had to tighten the toilet seat. Hold for 10 seconds to get a full flush and fill. Pool area smelled like expired cheese. Someone next hotel over decided to set off the fire alarm and sent over GPD and WMFD at 5 AM. Wished the AC unit could keep the fan going at least to drown the outside noise.

Room was not the cleanest floors needed to be mopped. Lock on door did not work, door frame was damaged when door was closed you could see

The toilet had water leaking from the tank. Hair on the toilet paper roll and toilet paper shaped rose. The bed was comfortable.
