Great experience overall! The only downside was that the hotel access road was a bit tricky, and Denver's road design makes left turns quite difficult. Other than that, it was clean, quiet, and very comfortable.

Staff were friendly and helpful, room was clean, not nearly enough USB ports, monitoring the room about the hotel and the room was hot and stuffy. The thermostat is locked so I couldn’t cool the room. The front desk sent maintenance and they dropped it by one degree. Old pillows - lumpy

I would give this place a overall 4 stars
I Loved my room it had microwave and a fridge LOVED IT. I was snowboarding for the week so that was definitely a plus for me
I WILL STAY HERE AGAIN FOR THIS SPECIFIC REASON .
NOT All rooms have a microwave I WOULD like for ALL rooms to have them (FRIDGE AND MICROWAVE)
Friends of mine did not have a microwave so that was a bummer for them.
Please hook up all the rooms with that combo

The mountain view was beautiful. We were sad the pool was closed for renovation but, no one was to disappointed.

10th floor view is great towards the city.

We were offered a room with a city view which turned out to be an awesome view!
We were disappointed that swimming pool area was being remodeled and not in use.
We wish we would have known before booking room.

The place is a bit dated. Additionally, I specifically chose this hotel because of their indoor pool. When I checked in, I found out that it was under renovation. That should have been clearly visible upon booking!
