SpringHill Suites Denver West/Golden

Location was good, close to restaurants and access to hiways. Breakfast was good, but on one day eggs were only available boiled, in quiche or in breakfast sandwiches. Please at least have scrambled. The double queen room was large and comfortable with a huge closet, but only one luggage stand. A room that accommodates 5 needs more places for suitcases. We only got maid service once and they changed the towels, emptied trash and made beds. No cups or coffee/tea supplies were refilled. The only ice machine is on the 3rd floor and laundry with a single washer and dryer on the 2nd. You have to load funds in an app to use the laundry. The pool is very small, 4.5ft deep.

Good location and nice to stay

Another great stay at the Springhill Suites. Comfortable and clean property. Nice & bright. Staff are very welcoming- thank you Jason for again acknowledging my Elite Status and providing us with a great 4th floor Suite. Breakfast is good- just wish it would be served til 10. The pool was refreshing as it was very hot when we were there. This is our go-to Hotel when we are visiting our family. The proximity to the Colorado Mills is great. Kudos. We will be back

This is a nice hotel but I want to zero in one one thing that we really appreciated. On June 3, we flew from Philadelphia to Denver to kick off a multistate, 17-day, 7 hotel trip. This hotel was our first stop. We stayed 5 nights. My wife uses a CPAP and she reminded me a few days before we left that she would need distilled water. Obviously, you don't fly with distilled water - you find it when you get to your destination. I was concerned because we were scheduled to arrive in the evening. I called the hotel and explained the situation. I asked if by some stroke of luck that they had distilled water in the hotel store. The answer was no. The gentleman who answered the phone assured me that there was a nearby Target grocery store that was open until 10pm. I was not sure that we would arrive in time. I told him that I would consider it exemplary customer service if they made sure that there would be a gallon of distilled water waiting for us when we arrived. He said that might be possible but he would have to check with his management. When we flew into Denver on June 3, delays with the car rental caused us to not arrive at the hotel until after 10pm. Tammy checked us in. I asked if there was a gallon of distilled water left there for us. She checked around and there was not. The Target was closed. Now what? Without the distilled water, my wife could not use her CPAP and would start our vacation with a lousy night's sleep. Tammy went into action. She called some shopping service she belonged to, and within 30 minutes a gallon of distilled water was delivered to the hotel (at almost 11pm!) and Tammy brought it to our room. I tried to pay her for it but she refused to accept any money for it. Now that is what I call exemplary customer service. Whenever we think of our wonderful vacation, we will remember Tammy and her kindness and her willingness to go the extra mile to help her customer. Good job, Tammy. You're an angel!

friendly staff, clean facilities, good sized bathroom breakfasts only a few good choices all fresh.

Amazing place, I suggest only place a lock on the bathroom will be nice to have that option on the barhroom door

The room had a day bed with a trundle bed along with 2 queen beds! Clean, great front desk staff, awesome breakfast, great location, definitely coming back!

DONT DRINK THE WATER! There is something so off about it like you can even tell that it is weird because the smell of it. It has a metal/chemical smell to it. I drank some from the sink to take my meds and it was disgusting and I thought “well maybe it is just because it’s sink water” NOPE at breakfast the next morning I got a water from their machine and it tasted the same so they probably used tap water for that. When I got back to my room I was going to shower and I turn it on and that same chemically smell came out. I immediately turned it off and decided on no shower. Thankfully I was just there one night. The room was nice, and the gentleman that checked us in was wonderful. Breakfast was typical nothing special. But stay away from the water! This is a good and convenient location though. If the water wasn’t so strangely gross I would have rated it maybe a 3 or 4 out of 5.
