Had 2 very bad rooms, one of those was the worst. Refrigerator was making a lot of noice. The room itself was having a really bad smell and no curtains at all. Outside the rooms it was really dirty. Definitly not worth the money for us.

It was dirty and unhygienic. It also feels scary.

No heat…the office closed at 7…no one at desk … no maintenance…one wash cloth even though when I reserved, I marked two adults. Shower was filthy along with shower curtain… fridge was dirty… mattress was disgusting and filthy. Couldn’t get refund because of the time I checked in was after the time I could be refunded.. The only good thing I can say is the staff that was available were nice

Parking was easy. Room not so great. Elevator did not work. Had older folks that had to go up 3 flight of stairs. AC was broken and the room smelled like people smoked inside. Asked for a better room or at least where guest did not smoke outside your door. Staff was hard to get a hold off and front office door was always locked.

We walked into our room and it was dirty throughout, our room door had 5 holes in it which i have pictures of. Our shower only turned warm almost cold and we had no towels or bathroom tissue upon entry as well as our sheets being dirty . It seemed like people were living there and trash all outside as well. Druggies sitting outside your room at 3 in the morning is scary too. Overall not a great place to stay.

There is no Internet use for guests and of course they will not tell you that when you're checking in, no discount for that. Nothing. Rooms are dated, and smell like cheap perfume

So I checked into the room and the front door was locked and then they front desk associate locked me in there with herself and when I told her what my pronouns were she laughed at me and did not correct herself they did not tell me that there was no Wi-Fi working they did not tell me that the door to my room would not lock completely and there was not a safety lock on the door there was dirty on floors there was burnt tables and there was so many things wrong and I felt so disrespected

This place was disgusting. The whole studio was dirty. Bugs in the kitchen. The walls had stains. Smelled like cigarettes. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned. Opened soap wrapper. I was only there for 45 minutes and checked out. Save you the trip and do not go stay here.

Room was small for just me. Plugs in the bathroom didn't work. Toilet handle was broke so it took almost an hour for it to fill and be ready to flush. And the brunette elder lady was the worst. Had attitude and wouldn't even try to accommodate me or my needs
