Horrible stay and had to cancel 2nd and 3rd nights. Room was disgusting and front desk was rude and not helpful. After finally getting a new room, it too was disgusting with something nasty smeared on the light switch, splatter on the mirrors, red stains on the sheets, and chips in the coffee pot. To make matters worse, the manager has not been helpful and it has been an absolute pain to try and get any kind of refund for the two nights not stayed. There are so many other hotels at similar prices and even if a little more, much better to stay at a different place.

This place is the definition of seedy. Room was gross, bed was stained as well as the couch. Broken window in room. Night service ******. Got the third degree when I asked for more towels. Doesn't feel safe.

Fitness room unusable. Dirty floors , no weights, broken equipment.
Pool area paint flaking and hot tub was barely warm. Did not use.
Entire hotel smelled like a hookah bar. No chair at desk in room. Some outlets did not work.

The mattress was the absolute worst i have ever slept on. The mattress is the only reason I'll never stay at this hotel again. It was the worst nights sleep ive ever had.
