Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms.The rooms were spacious with great decor.The staff were attentive and friendly. Restaurant the name of Saffron are neat and clean, food was delicious. Bar I did not use. Hotel ***ager chandra shekhar is very friendly and cooperative. They know that what is expectation of the client. will come back soon.

I was pleasantly surprised to find a Choice property in this remote town of north India, and of course I chose it for my overnight stay. Frankly, I could not have asked for more - it was a pleasant experience from start to finish, made even better by Operations ***ager, Mr Suresh Pujora, who I am sure will fill the gaps in front office staff (at check-out; check-in staff was great)training which is found wanting. Though that aspect has more to do with the overall social environment in the country, but we would expect a professional hotel company like Choice would work more diligently towards it. Breakfast was excellent. Restaurant staff were exceptionally good. Room cleanliness, decor, ambience, amenities, all perfect. Overall, a very pleasant experience. And thank you, Mr Pujora.

Very poorly maintained hotel. In room refrigerator was non functional. With little bit of rain, corridor and carpet was fully wet. Restaurant service was very slow. Breakfast was not upto standard. Idly was always always hard. Not to recommend. Even at the time of check out, they didn't accept international card.

There isn't much to say about it. It's a normal restaurant. But the staff are amazing there, " Akhil Verma", Is a worker. I went there with my family and my kids after finishing their food went to the entrance to take pictures. And the employee Akhil Varma, was very nice towards them. Offering to take their picture together, really appreciate the work and kind nature. 5 Star employee. Also the property and furniture was well maintained, the food was amazing. Just one tiny problem, the noodles (veg) tasted a bit plane, that's all. Thankyou

Best place to stay in lakhimpur. Cleanliness to food n service everything is fabulous. Helpful, friendly staff who go above and beyond to make sure you have the best time. I will definitely come back again and I would highly recommend this hotel.

All the services were nice. Everything was clean and tidy. Best for couples. Must visit. All the staff were so decent . Hotel atmosphere was good and peaceful. If You are visiting as a couple must visit.

The hotel property looks good but is much below the expected upkeep and hygiene level , staff not wearing masks , the rooms not well maintained at checkin. No coffee cattle , no glass or cups . No hangers in almirah, untidy wash room broken door latch . Even the menu card of the restaurant is torn held by tape. All in all experience of the guest is not the priority , upkeep is really much below the expectations, there we’re mosquitos in restaurant Tge taste of food in restaurant is such that it would be nit easy to stay in the property for few days put all things together .
