An outstanding property on the shores of the Dordogne. The owners are exceptionally helpful and accommodating. The property is a great mix of classical/period environment, modern comfort, and convenience. We had a great time and look forward to visiting again.

Ruime kamers in een mooi gerenoveerde maison de maître aan de oevers van de Dordogne. Ruime tuin om in te wandelen. Lekker ontbijt op het dakterras met zicht op de rivier. Zeer gastvrije eigenaars. Goede uitvalsbasis voor bezoek aan de regio.

Stayed in holiday home Monbazillac. This is an absolutely wonderful place. The hosts Sieta and Tom, were great - friendly, informative and really easy to be around. The site overlooking the River Dordogne is a dream, and the gardens and pool are magnificent. Our private terrace looking directly down onto the river was perfect. We spent six days there, and arrived with the intention of visiting lots of the nearby bastides, and eating out in Lalinde; in the event we just couldn't leave the terrace so stayed put throughout. Can't recommend it highly enough; no ifs, buts or maybes.

Top et son épouse nous ont acceulli chaleureusement dans leur très belle demeure. Les Chambres sont spacieuses et avec vue sur la Dordogne. Le petit déjeuner se prend sur une terrasse avec une vue magnifique sur la rivière. Tout est parfait la piscine est grande et avec la aussi une magnifique vue.
