Good hotel, good service but slightly too crowded on weekend

This is not a holiday for anyone who is not capable of walking. All of the rooms involve needing to go upstairs or walk for a while and there's not very even-footing available for those that can't walk very far. Even just to get into the lobby or into the restaurant you need to be able to walk upstairs a lot. When you first arrive they do give you a quick rundown of all of the facilities available and they supply a map. Then someone will escort you to your room via golf cart. The front desk staff are very informative and helpful. The staff in the restaurant are very quick but not particularly informative. The first time you walk in nobody explained how the buffet works. You should approach the staff and give them your punch card before you get food. The masseuse was excellent. This part of the resort actually has quite a few restaurants and shops and a pharmacy in the area which is different to a lot of the hotels in Khao lak, so that actually makes it much better than some other places where you would have to get a taxi into the town centre to see anything. The beach is beautiful and perfect for people that like to see little creatures as there are plenty of crabs around.

The staffs are nice and helpful. Best customer service here. The hotel is not an idea who want to surf but here have a surf machine ( pay extra) Massage with Pa'Tammm is the best. Many things need to mantain of hotel wants to keep customer who come with family such as the slide at the kid pool, fitness room and kid club. The restaurant less food option and don't order pizza here it is very disappointed :(. The room is good and comfortable.

Great hotel situated on a beautiful beach with great views from the pool. Good selections at breakfast. Great hotel for kids, good kids pool and kids club.

Room and the view sooooo worthy to pay

Beautiful beach front, checked in to room at 7 pm, said staff were making rooms. A message to the manager: During the high season, please add a housekeeper. Doing this is ugly. Selling a room at a high price. Not enough housekeepers. All employees are lovely. Greeting every customer

Because I was going to Similan Island the next day, I booked a hotel in Khao Lak for one night. The room was big but the air conditioner was noisy. The breakfast was rich and mainly Western food. The hotel is next to Eden. Most of the people in the hotel we stayed in were foreigners. There were more Chinese people in Eden, which was more suitable for taking pictures. There was a street outside the hotel with many restaurants and 711. It was very convenient for staying overnight if you didn't want to get up early the next day.

I finally understand why there are so few reviews for hotels in Koala Beach. I stayed here for two days and I didn’t see another Chinese hotel. I felt like I was a foreigner. We chose this hotel for the convenience of going to Surin Island. It’s less than 20 minutes’ drive from the pier and we’ll pick you up at 7am. Koala Beach seems to be a collective name for a particularly long beach. There is a road along the coastline (not right next to each other, about three to five hundred meters apart). Get off the road and drive along the path towards the seaside, where you will find a small hotel and restaurant complex. Driving along the highway for a while, there is another group of hotels and restaurants... It looks like this for a long time. There are several hotels in the area where we stayed, and this one is the largest. Looking at Figure 2, it is divided into two areas. The main area on the left is very large, with a pond in the middle and a children's swimming pool. The superior rooms should be here. The small area with a square on the right is the pool view room. I was originally worried about being assigned a bad room, fearing noise, etc. I booked a pool view room, but it may not be necessary. There are only thirty or forty restaurants and supermarkets in this area, and there are very few cars on the streets. The hotel is a four-star hotel, similar to Bamgo Bar in Kata, but the price is twice as high. The hotel is very close to the beach. The beach is very comfortable, with shade trees and restaurants and bars. There are two swimming pools on the beach with complete facilities and it is very convenient to take a shower and so on. The main reason is that it is really close to the beach and there are really few people. (Dumplings have already been served at Kata Beach...) Suitable for lying flat on vacation. It would be nice if the price were lower, but the advantage is that there are many vacancies and there is almost no price fluctuation.

Convenient, there is a beautiful beach, there are many restaurants as soon as you leave the hotel, it is very convenient to go to Similan in 15 minutes drive, the breakfast is very rich, there are 2 swimming pools, surfing

The atmosphere inside the hotel is good. The beachfront is very nice, lots of activities, breakfast is very good.

The hotel is in a good spot next to the beach. The hotel is very beautiful and very large. There is a golf cart to drive you to the parking lot. The room you got was on the 1st floor of the building, a short walk from the beach. Breakfast has a variety of choices, good taste, quiet, but the door doesn't keep sound well, can hear people from outside the room. During the time I went, many parts were undergoing renovations. The golf driver was very helpful. When I opened the first room on the 4th floor, I found that the room was not yet ready, so I called to coordinate. After waiting a bit, I got a new room, very spacious. There is a balcony where you can sit and sip tea by the pond, but don't dare go out. There are a lot of insects. The bed was bad with a sinkhole in the middle. Not a good spring bed The bed wasn't completely covered with sheets. It looked like it was probably the same bed used in the student dormitory. The pillows are soft but not a bit thick, not squishy like other hotels of the same level. In the morning, before we had time to check out, the staff came to clean the room and said as if to hurry and check out. Mom and Dad said they would even walk into the room. Even though I was collecting things. I feel that since staying in many hotels of this level, This is the first and worst place I have ever stayed. Hopefully from now on the hotel will improve things.

The room is very big. There is a small water park, children's playroom, sand pit, and beautiful sandy beach. Definitely go to stay again.
