We travel to the area every couple of months and always stay at this hotel. The rooms are so nice, the staff is so nice, the location has many food options and even a Meijer within the same block. We always have excellent service!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is generally in good shape, however my bathroom faucet was loose to point of almost unusable.

Laura at the bistro was fantastic! This was our third time at the hotel and Laura has helped us every time! She knew what our kids would like and accommodated their special requests. Great service! The food and drinks were delicious. We will definitely be back.

I picked this hotel because it had a pool. However, it was closed the entire time we were there. If the pool is closed in the winter, you should share that at booking time.

Sheets were pilled. No lotion in the room. Hotel said Marriott said no longer offer lotion. Conditioner broken off shower wall and didn’t work. No skim milk at breakfast. There are two other hotels next door and a Fairfield inn across the street.
