A beautiful, charming place... Very clean, spacious and comfortable room on the second floor of the house; its private bathroom is on the first floor (this is the only weakness of this adorable place!). Great breakfast in the morning. We LOVED this place and there is no doubt that we will choose it again next time we are in Lampang. SUPERB VALUE!

It's very bad experience and very bad service to stay here. Staff is very rude and not polite to guests without warm welcome and say good bye. We arrived to the home stay evening time with tried but wanted to move if possible. We gave only one star because of nice home stay. Key room has a problem but not solve it. Air condition is not cool and room is not clean enough. The blankets are too thin and not warm for cold weather. We already complained to owner by phone and she said apologize to us but it is too late. Sorry but needs you to improve service first.
