The room is clean and valued of money. I was not expecting with this rate per night but this place has surprised me with good quality when compared to others at the same rate. Good location, nearby 7-11 and Lotus Express. Even they has a halal restaurant, delivery to your room with cheap price and delicious. Staffs are friendly. Recommended!

very few parking spaces and poor management
The staff said that he would call to inform you to move the car into the parking lot. If there is an empty parking space ... the staff actually call, but went down and the parking lot was parked by other cars ... wasting time and a little feeling. The number of rooms is large, but there are about 15 parking spaces, which must be used together with the restaurant of the school.

We paid 600 bath for 2 persons 2 nights. Cheaper would only be to sleep on the street. For this you enjoy a beautiful view of the riding fields in the morning, because the hotel is something outside, without car you can't get to or away. The next lively street is good 5 minutes with the car, and there is no restaurant in the hotel. For all who don't get away, there are finished dishes in the deep cool that love to warm the hotel. The rooms are simple, but sufficient, breakfast in the pavilion before the hotel also. Puddle coffee for yourself, a small buffet with toast, egg and rice gerechts. Just according to the price. Who comes with a group and has a vehicle with it can stay here very cheaply, otherwise it is rather inappropriate. The friendly lady at the reception, for the rest, spoke as well as no English, but was not a problem for us.

GGuest UserThe homestay is beautiful, located right on the river. In the community area at the river there is coffee, cacao, water or tea, some fruits as well as small snacks, as well as a microwave. We had a room with balcony, better said a covered terrace with some seating facilities, a fan, bar, refrigerator, private microwave and water cooker. The bedroom has air conditioning, double bed, TV and make-up area for the lady. Washing basin is positioned in front of the toilet/douche. Deduction is available because unfortunately there is no full breakfast with what I am at the price of THB 1400. The morning or evening market is not far away, so this ear problem is not a real problem.

GGlobetrottingtigerIt’s okay to stay overnight, but not more than that. The AC is hardly cooling the room: I put it on 18 and full blast, but still not enough(( and on top of that, it’s so noisy. The same with the toilet flush, if you decide to flash it at night you’ll wake up whole Lampang;) the room has a fridge, but no kettle, so maybe I’m grumpy because I didn’t have my morning freshly brewed coffee.

AAlipockAn interesting greeting when we got here as nobody was at the guesthouse but a quick phone call from the noodle house staff and we were given our key and shown the room. A beautifully decorated room and the inside of the guesthouse was charming. The balcony overlooked the weekend walking street and was a great place for people watching. Location wise; could walk to a lot of places and otherwise a taxi could be arranged. We recommend the restaurant on the corner for a traditional breakfast. When we did see the proprietor of the guesthouse she was very welcoming and helpful and organised a taxi for a very fair price to our next destination.

TTGSAHonestly, don't get the 5* reviews! The owner was very helpful, the rest of the staff much less so, maybe a language issue, too difficult to say HELLO or GOOD MORNING in Thai, to a falang. Room was ok, aircon less so, worked miserably, had to turn it to 19C at midnight to actually get the room cooled down (in November, when it really is not hot outside!). Limited parking at the back of the house. Breakfast consists of toast and jam and Nescafe (good coffee is extra).

There is a fat girl, the truth leaves much to desire ...ya that doesn't care about the concerns of guests .... luckyly a little bit arrived another short hair girl called ”Can” and she if very efficient and friendly. Clean room..super comfortable and large bed. One as another mosquito.. In the room you need a lamp ....to not be one standing up to the door to shut the light. Outside the room there is a balcony with a dishroom where the air is located conditioned, which is ideal for extending clothes and by the heat that the appliance boots ....the clothes is dry in a short time.

The decoration of the hotel can reflect the domineering power of Lampang, the teak capital of the year. The location of the hotel is very good, parking is available, and the central shopping mall across Lampang is also very close. Opposite the hotel is a gas station and 711, and there are also several good restaurants nearby. Travel convenience.
Facilities: A little old, but easy to use, hot water for bathing is great

Breakfast will be determined according to the number of people in the hotel. If there are more people, it will be buffet breakfast. If there are less people, it will be ordering. American and Asian. When I stayed in the past, it would be ordering.
