The room was immaculately clean and well appointed. The view was spectacular. There are amenities to accommodate a stay of a few days or a few weeks and the pleasant walk to and from the center of town purchases just the right buffer from the bustle of the port. But the star of the show is Lefteris himself. You’ll find no finer host in all of Crete. It’s like staying at the home of a good friend—foolish not to take advantage.
