Hotel Santika Premiere Lampung

Perdana nginep di hotel ini karena termasuk salah satu hotel baru di lampung, hotelnya sebelahan dengan mall, hotelnya bersih, ada welcome drink nya, check in cepat, kamarnya agak sempit, kolam renangnya bagus anak2 saya suka renang di sini, saya agak kecewa dengan sarapan nya karena rasa nya B aja untuk selevel hotel berbintang dengan menu masakan nusantara. Pilihan makannya nya jg gak bgitu banyak. Yg saya ingat mie celor dan model gandum kurang enak. Ayam goreng bawangnya kelihatan menggoda bgt ternyata setelah di cicip ayamnya keras gak sesuai ekspektasi. Minuman lumayan variatif byk jus2 an. Kwetiau dan nasi goreng enak. Semoga kedepan lebih bisa improve lg di rasa makanan nya dan bisa lebih byk variasinya.

Hotel close to the mall, the pool is nice, the room is clean, hopefully I can come back

We chose this hotel because it is still new and has a fairly large swimming pool, strategic location. When we arrived, we brought many hopes that the holiday with our children and extended family would be enjoyable. I ordered 4 rooms. All rooms have problems in the bathroom. The first day, all the showers including the jet shower on the toilet seat were all filled with hot water, as you can imagine, you couldn't take a shower. The second day, when we contacted room service, they fixed it, it turned out the hot water wasn't on so it was all cold water. We were really disappointed with the condition of the 4 rooms I ordered. When making the order, we called Santika asking for help connecting rooms because 1 room was for 2 children aged 5 and 9 years but when we arrived they said it was no longer available. As for the employee service of the Santika Premiere class, it is below expectations. From the frontliner at the front to the receptionist. Sorry if my review is not good because this is the reality. The breakfast is delicious

Overall I like this hotel because the view is good and it is connected to Lampung City Mall, so it's easy if you want to shop. The food is delicious and the service is also good.
