The hotel is pricey for what it offers. Modern architecture with glass, beautiful hall with a classy Christmas tree and restaurant that fullfil 4 stars. But the king room (more than 200 euro per night ) was like 3 stars max.. Basic interior and materials. Slippers were missing which the receptionist promised to bring but didn't happen. The bathtub was scary, black pieces came out when we turned on the bubble function. After the water drained, we saw what was there...
The swimming pool had a sewer smell where there were holes for water...
Would not return.

Très bel hôtel. Employés aimables et professionnels. Tout près du très beau château et son magnifique parc. L'hôtel dispose également d'un jardin avec des sculptures. Très bon petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet avec beaucoup de variation. Nous étions accompagné de notre chien et donc nous n'avons pas pu réserver une suite. Néanmoins, la chambre attribué était spacieuse et tout confort. Nous avons demandés et reçu des peignoirs sans problèmes et gratuitement. Eau, café, thé en chambre. Le séjour est payable par eco chèques. Petit bémol : un petit coup de Swiffer sur les lampes et sculptures du restaurant serait souhaitable.

Ik bleef overnachten op 19 juni en moest heel vroeg vertrekken in de ochtend voor mijn werk. Ongeacht ik +2u vroeger voor opening van het restaurant weg moest, heb ik een lunchpakket meegekregen voor onderweg. Ik werd ook heel goed ontvangen.

Heel lang moeten wachten om te kunnen inchecken ( slechts 1 persoon aan de balie ). De kamer en omgeving waren wel heel mooi. Ook het ontbijt was heel lekker en uitgebreid maar voor dit alles betaal je dan ook wel een bepaalde prijs. Parking gratis, in de buurt van het domein van Alden Biezen

Kamer in orde. Badkamer niet, het gordijn ging niet naar beneden waardoor iedereen op de parking binnen kon zien. Het ontbijtbuffet was dik in orde. Heel uitgebreid. Ontvangst, tiptop. Personeel, vriendelijk. Koffie of thee op de kamer.

Tijdens ontbijt werd ik onwel en met hulp van hotel, per ambulance naar ziekenhuis vervoerd. Ik verbleef hier de hele dag. De hotel staff heeft ondertussen onze hond te eten gegeven en is met haar meerdere keren gaan wandelen. Fantastisch Hotel, goede service en heerlijk eten, wij komen hier zeer regelmatig! Toegewijde mensen! Veel dank aan Kathleen en Nadia en de overige staff.

Gaaf en mooi gelegen hotel,meteen een super vriendelijk ontvangst.Je voelt je welkom. Heerlijke bedden en mooie kamers,lekker eten ,een ontbijt om U tegen te zeggen enorm veel keuze , heel veel bioproducten daar kom je voor terug.Eigenlijk kunnen we niks negatiefs verzinnen

We gaan ieder jaar met een gezelschap van 20 personen naar een hotel. Echter dit hotel is dik in orde maar het bijbehorende restaurant en het management is ver onder de maat. Bij de boeking aangegeven dat alles gezamenlijk was en dat de totale factuur gedeeld moest worden door 10 en dat er dan per gast/ bedrijf een factuur moest komen. Naar veel discussies en 1 week later nog geen facturen.. De bediening in het restaurant en in de bar was Slecht en dik onvoldoende… Op de vraag of we koffie konden drinken na afloop van het diner werd heel moeilijk gedaan.., ze wilde schijnbaar naar huis. We hadden 2 dagen een arrangement menu, allebei de dagen als voorgerecht een bereiding van Tonijn… is er niks anders te verzinnen??? Oudere ober zeer onvriendelijk, toen een gast aangaf geen vis te believen… dit kon niet worden aangepast. In de middag op het terras ben ik maar overal gaan zoeken voor een Ober … deze was nergens te bekennen. Dranken en wijnen veel te duur voor gebodene. Al met al niet goed !!! Wij komen niet terug, en we kunnen het ook niet aanbevelen.

Clean but simple room, we missed some items that are common in 4-star hotels such as slippers, nice bath products and black tea (there was only 2 green tea bags). The breakfast was good. We didn't visit the pool as it was not included in the room.
