Amazing experience, superb location and perfect service by the hotel staff. A hidden gem, beautiful designed hotel and spa with pool, wellness and a variety of treatments and massages in the Shiseido Institute. The perfect getaway for relaxation and the ultimate culinary experience.

We verbleven in de Manoir en hadden een superior kamer. Deze kamer was veel donkerder dan wat de foto's tonen, alle kasten waren zwart geschilderd en de kamer had 2 ramen waarvan slechts 1 open kon en waardoor we iets konden zien. Het was een zeer ruime kamer met heel mooie badkamer, deze had een ligbad en een kleine douche. Het was een heerlijk bed. Het personeel is super vriendelijk en behulpzaam, het ontvangst is top. 's avonds hadden we de 4 gangen menu in de bistro, dit was prima in orde maar om het nu 2 avonden na elkaar te nemen zoals we hadden gedaan dat zouden we niet meer doen. De bar is heel gezellig maar wel wat klein. We hebben geen gebruik gemaakt van de Spa. Ik zag ouders met kinderen richting Spa gaan en daar had ik geen zin in. We zouden zeker nog teruggaan maar dan een andere kamer.

We hadden de eer om als 1ste gasten te overnachten in de nieuwste luxueuze Moonlight-suite, een betoverende bestemming. Wat een privilege, de suite is sensationeel mooi, prachtige kleuren combinaties, de atmosfeer wordt verlicht door impact-glas dat gevormd is door meteorietinslagen. Bovendien is er een adembenemend plafond van 9 meter boven het bed, wat een magische en romantische sfeer creëert. Met een uitzicht op dit prachtige landgoed, het luxe 5 star hotel La Butte aux Bois is een uitzonderlijk mooi manoir gelegen in een bosrijk groene omgeving. Ook het ontbijt was enorm, voor iedereen wat wils. Het personeel is supervriendelijk en behulpzaam, een aanrader, absolute topservice. We komen zeker terug!

On a séjourné ds la chambre villa basement . La chambre est bien niveau design, mais qualité prix décevant avec un plafond beaucoup trop bas et un manque de ventilation de la chambre. Le prix du petit dej est disproportionné pour ce qui y est proposé, les plats sur demandes arrivent à la fin de ton repas et froid … la qualité du service est à revoir. Le spa est très qualitatif même s il gagnerait à avoir quelques transats supplémentaires et un aménagement extérieur plus sympa.

Evidemment, dans un 5 étoiles, la note doit être excellente… et elle l'est! Service omniprésent et de qualité, chambre confortable et fonctionnelle, spa wellness agréable et complet, restaurant gourmet, atmosphère générale de bien-être. Une note spéciale au petit déjeuner -exceptionnel- et au staff -efficace ET sympa. Bonne continuation!

Accueil formidable, belle chambre avec vue sur le bois. Piscine spacieuse et grand whirlpool. Beaucoup de forêt pour se promener en toute tranquillité. Point faible on annulait la réservation au 2 étoiles pour fermeture 4 semaines avant notre arrivée. Plus possible de trouver un autre 2 étoiles. En fin de compte le restaurant fonctionnait malgré tout. pas d'explication pour notre annulation.

Excellent domaine où on la qualité du service, des produits et des installations est au cœur de leurs préoccupations! Service pointilleux et souple, cuisine excellente (€€€ même pour le bistrot « le ciel » mais qualité aux rendez-vous). SPA SHISHEIDO incroyable. Petit « Bémol » : Sur-classé dans la chambre 23 mais invasion de coccinelle, pas de geste envers nous … descendu en chambre Villa pour les deux nuits.

Endroit très charmant. L’hôtel est bien situé, nous avons profité de la forêt pour faire des balades à pieds et en vélo. Le personnel est bienveillant : je suis enceinte, j’ai eu l’agréable surprise d’avoir dans la chambre un coussin d’allaitement pour dormir, merci ! Le spa est complet : piscine, sauna, hamam, jaccouzi.. Massage très agréable. Le bar et bistro délicieux. Le room service pour le petit déjeuner en chambre est parfait.
