房間非常小，床尾離電視櫃衹能過一個人，實際面積頂多30平米，與介紹上的69平米相差甚遠，與酒店反應了，服務態度非常差，説會派人來測量，30平和69平，這個還需要測量嗎？又沒瞎！！！其次是早餐，快捷酒店都不如，很差的體驗，奔着柏聯的牌子來的，失望至極！！！

升級了房型，視野很好～可以參觀茶廠並體驗製作茶餅，一次很好的體驗。

Although it is a bit old, it has been well maintained, the environment is not too much, and the supplies, bathroom supplies, and configurations in the hotel are not picky. However, the breakfast is basically nothing. This is not important. The important thing is that if there is nothing, there should be no sense of ceremony. Since no one is staying, this kind of set breakfast delivered to the room will not look low. And the service is really bad, the service staff have no sense of service at all. I bought some clothes and when I sent them back for the first time, they were wrong. The second time, the clothes were delivered correctly, but they were put in the laundry bag like dirty clothes. They probably hadn't been ironed or folded, and they were just in a ball, as if they hadn't been washed. My cashmere pants also shrunk in the wash, I guess I didn't even check the washing label. When checking into a hotel, there are only three people at the front desk. They are responsible for checking in, driving a battery car to transport guests, and picking up luggage. In such a large hotel, the service staff are almost invisible. Also, calling for help to change into a new bath towel proves that I still need to take a shower. As a result, even the floor towel was removed when I came back. At a price of nearly 4,000, this kind of service is simply speechless. I would also like to suggest that the hotel replace the plastic slippers. The quality and color will be improved immediately.

This hotel is really great and the service is excellent! We booked a hotel chartered car for a half-day trip to the ancient tea garden and Lao Village. The lady at the front desk thoughtfully prepared backpacks with ethnic costumes and hats for us to take photos. The driver and tour guide took us for a walk along the way. There was also a designated hotel in the ancient village. In the teahouse, you can enjoy a cup of tea while viewing the mountains. The hotel also brings fruits and snacks, which is very thoughtful and warm! The hotel package I booked included the experience of making tea cakes. A tea artist took me to visit the tea factory, and then I pressed the Pu'er tea cakes myself and wrote my name and message with a brush. It was very ritualistic, haha! The sutra copying and tea garden afternoon tea included in the package were also great. The tea artist lady (I think her surname is Tian) also carefully recorded a short video for me to take as a souvenir. I really want to thank her! It is also very relaxing to have a spa in the tea garden. Even if it is only a facial treatment, there is also a full body relaxing massage. Thumbs up to the beautician's technique! In short, I feel that this is relatively niche. In the hotel in the tea garden, you can visit the ancient tea mountain, a world cultural heritage, and you can also have some sightseeing and experience projects. It is clean and not boring. I have already recommended it to many friends!
