Address and location: It’s not close to the airport, it still takes five or six minutes to drive. It snowed heavily that day and the hotel suspended the free shuttle service.
Service: The front desk staff are patient and friendly. After the shuttle stopped running, they called a car for me for free and took me to the airport. When someone was making noise upstairs at night, I called the front desk and they helped me deal with it.
Breakfast: The breakfast is very rich and there are quite a lot of hot foods. It is rare in Buf.
Room: Clean and hygienic, the bedding is comfortable, and the room is super large. It's just not very soundproof, you can hear the sound of people walking upstairs in the small living room. That day, there was a group of teeagers who were playing a game upstairs. They kept making noise until 11 o'clock. I couldn't bear it anymore and called the front desk. Then it became quiet.

Property and service was amazing. Only issue I had with this visit was the folk above us. We were on the second floor in a disabled room (fantastic amenities) unfortunately whom ever was above us was extremely loud. It sounded like someone was jumping off the bed onto the ground every 10 min. It was so loud the divider in our room vibrated. We had to call front desk twice. The first time the folks did not listen, but the second time they seemed to more effective in getting the folks to calm down. Other than that incident your hotel and Danielle (front desk) was fantastic

Other than the check in things went wrong. T V didn’t work. Got someone up to fix it.Toilet seat would not lift as toilet roll protruded too far blocking it. Coffee machine leaked out all of the water through the area where electric cord came out. Soaked counter, floor and rolls on it. Only a one night stay.

I didnt like the front staff. Very unwelcoming. Swemed very annoyed. Breakfast was MEH! But I did sleep very well.
