This hotel had a great room, neat clean & orderly, and a super staff. The beds were comfortable, the showers and bathroom were great and the television and channels were stellar. The one thing that kept me from listing it as great, however, was the fact that there was NO place to eat unless you left the hotel. That made me quite unhappy.

It was a good stay and the service was good as well. There was a situation were my phone system was not working and loud noise was coming from above our room, it was a quick fix and moved us to a different room.....

This hotel is in a great central location to all of the fun things to do in Lancaster! The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly! The food is also good and so are the drinks. They also have a fantastic outside pool and indoor pool. They have a toddler playroom inside and a mini arcade.

We have stayed here previously and find it convenient to all we wish to do while visiting the area. Our stay was during the early part of the week, and it was obvious the hotel had few guests, so the bar and restaurant did not open. I will say that we did have the opportunity to sit at the bar on Sunday night when open and it was a great time.

The hotel is completely sold out and they are soooooo under staffed. They run out of everything. They said they didnt know it was going yo be so busy. It was sold out! U didnt know? Hate this hotel. Its dirty not at all updated. The pool is the best part. So old and out dated!

The best part about my stay was the bed. Really comfortable and I slept very well. If you need to be at the convention center, this hotel is very convenient. It would have been nice to have a more welcoming restaurant and room service but all things being equal it was a nice stay and staff was pleasant and helpful.

This place needs a major update. Weird layout and underwhelming property. Old air conditioning units in rooms, restaurants were closed and staff were more interested in their phones than guests.

This was our third stay in this hotel this year. The rooms are clean and comfortable and there is plenty to do for young children (play area, arcade, indoor and outdoor pools). Management is very accommodating and friendly. There is plenty of lobby lounge space for groups of friends and a convenient bar/restaurant.
