The hotel facilities are relatively old, close to the airport, the hotel has a shuttle bus, no need to call a taxi (1000 meters from the airport).

The hot tub was foamy, hair in and around on tiles. No towels in pool area, but once notified they brought clean towels within minutes. Hot tub water cloudy.

The staff were really nice and it was definitely newly renovated and very clean, but our room was beside the ice machine and it literally kept me waking up multiple times throughout the night so I wasn’t well rested

Was very happy with our stay here. We need an accessible room when travelling and this room was actually the first room that was truly accessible. Most hotels say accessible but my husband being in a wheelchair can never fit into the bathrooms or move freely throughout the room but this hotel had plenty of room for him to get in the washroom and it had a lot of room in and around the beds for him to move around.

No room service. Ice should be salted it was massively slippery. Food choices are minimal. Free breakfast for what is charged would’ve been nice.
