Hotel Lancut

The hotel looks very good from the outside, better than interior. My room was rather basic and bit too dark. The furniture and arrangement not impressive and the bed could be more comfy. The location, nearby the castle and opposite of sport complex is the strongest point of this entity. The access by the car is easy from the motorway and the hotel offers large car parking. The downstairs restaurant offer some local dishes in the menu and beers from local brewery.

What a nightmare. This place is awful and has unfriendly staff. Internet doesn’t work, no ac, ugly and outdated rooms, feels like Poland 40 years ago. Food way to salty and no options to choose from. Definitely overpriced place. Looks way better on their website. They don’t provide what they promise in the description.

This place and service they offer is horrific. They are far from decent mediocrity to call this outpost a hotel, not to mention “luxury”. The only luxury part of this very unpleasant experience was the price. They really kept it luxurious regardless of our complaints and requests for help. It was our first time in this city. We’ve stayed there during the international music courses, which resulted in full occupancy of all the hotels and Airbnb’s in the area. They offered no working AC (over 35 degrees Celsius), no internet, no quiet and peaceful nights due to constant parties, loud music, crowds of party goers and smoking cigarettes, horrible odors from the dumpster that’s right next to the building. The only suggestion they had for me was to “move to a different place”. I booked it online, ahead of time based on the description on the hotel's official website. There was no single spot in other hotels I could move to at that time. I was simply stuck with them and they took advantage of it. I strongly advise against staying in this place. It’s not a family friendly place for people who are looking for comfort and relaxation. It’s the worst place we’ve stayed at in Poland! It’s such a shame that Łancut is being represented by this low class people and place. We’ll never come back.

Clean spacious double room, some funiture (headrests) need refurb. Perfect bathroom, ggood hot/cold water and pressure. No safe (it's a 3-star hotel) Restaurant / bar downstairs Excellent Polish breakfast buffet. a bit noisy - rrom on building side.

This hotel is in a convenient location, its a beautiful building, the staff speak fluent English and are able to accommodate at short notice. Very cheap hotel. The breakfast was great and was a well presented buffet style. Smoking is allowed on the balconies and the room was spotless. The hotel is very much progressive in terms of the alternative accommodation nearby. The temperature of the room was just right and it had a brilliant bathroom.

I chose this hotel based on others' opinions and I wasn't disappointed, however I only stayed 1 night there. It's a decent 3-star hotel, situated very near to the main attraction of the town - Łańcut Castle-Museum, but a little distant from the town centre. Service was fine - polite and efficient. Noone in the hotel was wearing masks - neither guests not staff, although the pandemia signs were still displayed indoors. I ordered a room on the phone and paid at checking out. The lobby is spacious and has a few plush benches for several people to sit together. Furniture is pretty modern and pleasant. There is a lift and stairs to use to reach rooms or restaurant. My room was quite basic, but really clean. Windows didn't seem to open, only balcony door (to ventilate). The temperature was optimal all the time. Rooms are very acoustic - I could hear not only adjacent rooms, but also other ones (I mean fans, tv, doors etc). TV channels didn't include any foreign tv stations. My room offered soap (in dispensers), towels, hair-dryer. There was spring water (fizzy and still) in a 0,3 bottle to drink. No kettle, no tea/coffee. My bed was rather on a soft side, pillow large, duvet v.warm (I was too hot). With regards to food I had breakfast (included), served from 7 to 10 a.m. The buffet was not offering a big choice, but all I had was very tasty, (and I'm a bit fussy eater). I found ingredients fresh and well prepared. 2 types of bread, rolls. Unfortunately no tongs were provided for bread and cakes, so customers had to take them by hand. Butter and jams. Hot: scrambled eggs, sausages... Cold plates: 3 types of yellow cheese, cottage cheese, cucumber, feta salad, mozzarella with tomatoes, boiled eggs in mayonnaise, cheese roulade, meat slices. For drinks there was orange juice, hot water to make tea from sachets or coffee from a machine. No brewed coffee. I didn't see cereal nor fruit. There were not many guests and staff didn't appear much. Unfortunately for musical background was chosen a noisy radio station (RMF FM) with lots of annoying adverts. Hotel price is adequate I suppose, considering everything, if not a little expensive.
