Pleasantly surprised by the convenient location and friendly service. Basic room, but clean and spacious enough for a solo traveller. Convenient location for public transport links to airport and city centre.

Perfect to use as a base. Rooms comfy, not noisy at all. breakfast was great lots of choice. There’s even table tennis and a bar. Great location, a few minutes walk to the tram into city centre, with a few restaurants within walking distance and grocery shops close by.

Amazing customer service by all hotel staff from start to finish. The hotel was lovely and clean, and within walking distance of all transport needs! Breakfast was the usual/what would be expected. 10/10 would definitely recommend this hotel if you are visiting Geneva!

The communication from this hotel was incredible. Before arriving, during our stay and after we had left. The staff were amazing - so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Our room was very clean and tidy. Was very warm and we asked to open the window which was immediately arranged. Will definitely stay there again. So easy on the tram right outside the door and with the travel pass you receive as a guest.

Great quality for the price. Clean quiet, decent breakfast selection. Very convenient using public transportation. T14 trolley from the main train station, drops you off less than a block from the hotel. Took the B23 bus right by the front door of the hotel, and got off at Terminal one at the airport in about 20 mins. The front desk gave me a pass to use for free public transportation in Genève.

I had an excellent stay for two nights. The hotel is well connected by tram number 14 anytime you need , just 5 minutes walking. Also the ticket for public transport included it is already with you before you check in through an email and QR code. The room was spotless. I will definitely return once I am in Geneve for work or either for leisure.
