Everything was good except the bed was too soft. The children loved the Heidi theme. Friendly service. Convenient transportation, only a three to five minute walk from the train station. Heidi Park was the children's favorite stop on this trip. A good choice for parent-child travel!

We stopped to charge our Tesla car. Nice friendly people, excellent clean bathrooms. The only disappointment was that pizza was rock hard for the second time. Generally, this is due to the pizza dough being too old. Otherwise, it is a pleasant place to stop.

Pleasant and quiet hotel as a starting point for bike tours in the area. Breakfast buffet is OK, there is also a small restaurant for snacks and simple dishes. There are plenty of parking spaces and charging stations for Teslas and electric vehicles in front of the hotel. There is a lockable garage for bikes. The rooms are simply and functionally furnished. Only the bathtub bothered me, a shower cubicle would have been better. (There is one in other rooms too). Very well located in terms of transport, close to the motorway junction and Maienfeld train station. Staff very nice.

Очень плохо !! отель дорогой и не стоит этих денег он испортил мне весь день(настроение) 1)бронировали 1 большую кровать-дали 2 раздельные кушетки (долго ждали замену номера!) 2)номер беден,плохо помыт,мыло разбавлено водой,1 мусорное ведро на весь номер,в нём даже нет пакета..света мало в номере и лампочка перегорела... 3) постель пахла не приятно(как у старой бабушки) 4)хотели поесть в обед ждали чтоб приняли заказ мин 15 и ушли так и не дождавшись... 5) (это последняя капля терпения и издевок со стороны владельца отеля и персонала ) - мы вернулись в отель вечером и сели в ресторан-бистро покушать..решили заказать пиццу - в итоге за 22chf/на чел нам принесли пиццу замороженную(мы слышали звук "дзинь" из микроволновки.Мы поззвали официантку и спросили если это полуфабрикат который они разогрели -она соврала...и даже не извенилась... мы отказались платить за эту пиццу и ушли...вечер был испорчен... 6) персонал не обучен...косяк за косяком и люди даже не умеют извиняться!! обходите стороной этот отель... и да!кроме наклейки "хайди" на двери душа ничего не говорит в этом отеле о его принадлежности к этому персонажу ... убого,дешево,грязно...и дорого за то,что мы получаем

Spotlessly clean hotel on the outskirts of the small town. It's just off the main road and between the railway station and an industrial estate but don't let that put you off. Rooms are an adequate size and we'll appointed. The views from the rooms at the back are good. The bar was always busy. Breakfasts were continental but there was plenty of choice.

Well equipped hotel with super service! Breakfast offer is great and the staff very friendly! I will come again with pleasure! The location is great, as it is right by the highway exit. Nevertheless, you do not hear the highway. It is very quiet and idyllic. You can hike to the Heidialp in 1.5 hours or in about 45 minutes to Bad Ragaz.
