This is a gem with great huge on-suite bedrooms and world class service. The hotel is located on the main road lined with shops, restaurants and bars and a 5 minute to the beautiful lagoon. The breakfast options was absolutely delightful and served fresh and delicious.

We got married at Windtown in October and it was the most incredible experience. From the helpful suggestions, organisation, pre-wedding menu tasting to the day itself, Vicki and her team could not have made us feel more special. They went above and beyond in every respect, and with such humour and fun. And the food! I have never had such amazing food at a wedding - every guest commented on how exceptional it was. They could not have made the best day of our lives any better. West Coast hospitality at its finest, with a gorgeous view, great staff and exceptional food. We will be regular visitors for years to come.

Great hotel , well located , rooms very comfortable, staff went above and beyond with all our requests for late breakfast and late checkout Restaurant was good and the service was excellent We are part of a swimming group and will definitely be back again .

From the telephonic booking, the arrival and welcome we felt like family. The room is tastefully furnished with a mini fridge, complimentary coffee/tea/milk/water. Bedding clean and crisp. Service was well executed by friendly staff.

Had not been to this hotel before, it seems to be quite new. Bought an off-peak season deal for 3 nights including breakfast. The staff are all lovely, friendly and helpful. Underground parking is a bonus and will be a great feature in the busy season. The rooms are quite spacious with comfortable beds and pillows and they have special areas for those partaking in wind & surf sports where they can store their equipment. Lovely pool deck. Hotel is close to the beach and local restaurants. Hotel does have it's own restaurant. Breakfast was included in the deal and it was very good with lots of options. Would definitely recommend.

We, once again, had a wonderful stay at Windtown Lagoon Hotel. The staff are always pleasant, polite, efficient and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Our room was tastefully furnished with all the necessary amenities. Our breakfasts' were excellent with a variety of choices. Another bonus is the fact that the hotel is within walking distance from restaurants and pubs. We will definitely be back in the very near future. Regards Robin and Karen

Should have rails on both sides of the stairs to the top floor. Stairs non disable friendly and not safe. During bad weather. Rooms are minimilist as advertised but not disable friendly. The restaurant doesn't offer halaal meals for muslim clients. Should this k more universally for more business. Hotel is tidy and ckean. Staff are super friendly and very very kind and helpful.

What a pleasant experience! Lovely rooms, fantastic bed and such pleasant and professional staff! The breakfasts are also amazing and well presented. Had a really fantastic stay! Thank you to all at Windtown!
