The stay was nothing short of exceptional. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The staff is very warm and welcoming. Stayed with the family for my wedding and they ensured our stay was warm and cozy. Rooms are clean and spacious with a jacuzzi in most of them.

You feel like a member of the family here - so welcoming! Rooms are great, coffee machine superb. Remember to take USB adaptors. We ate delicious dinners both nights & enjoyed breakfast. Lovely peaceful location.

i would have like to be able to order a meal off the menu and not have to only use the Valentines menu only.. the kitchen was very slow on Valentines evening taking more than a hour to serve the first curse

Property itself and the area to stay - BEAUTIFUL! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was served and of good quality. The room didn’t meet our expectations at all. No window to open, only door that could be opened. If you didn’t turn on the AC, water was running down the glass of the door. Bed was semi-comfy. Room was very small (which was okay as we knew before booking) but the overall experience in the room didn’t match the price payed.

We booked into theLab and Terence was exceptional in greeting us. A great plus, they had an electric vehicle charger so I could charge my car overnight. Our room was amazing and the dinner that evening was sublime - one of the best meals we've had in ages, and served with style, AND a really great local bottle of wine

A lst minute booking and what a great choice. We had a wonderful and personalised stay where there was always someone to ask and always someone to answer. When in Robertson I will definitly be back! A wonderful space and wonderful people.

We stayed at the Lab in Franschhoek before and loved it, but this was EVEN better! Wonderful location, beautifully designed rooms, gentle and prompt service and delicious food. Couldn't be better.
