Guten Tag meine Damen und Herren Ich war vom 11. -13. November 2022 Gast im Hotel Plaza in Hanau. Gerne möchte ich Sie darüber Informieren, dass das Hotel nicht den Sicherheit Vorschriften entspricht. Der Grund dafür ist wie folgt, im späteren Abend (Uhr 00:30) konnte ich nicht mehr in mein Zimmer da der Schlüssel nicht mehr funktionierte. Darauf hin haben wir mehrmals probiert (mit dem Notruf der Polizei und der Feuerwehr ) das betreffenden Personal über die Notfall Nummer anzurufen (ohne erfolg das Telefon war ausgeschaltet). Die Rezeption war die ganze Nacht nicht besetzt. Es gibt zweit Notfall Nummer, die eine im Aufzug ist ungültig und die anderen an der Rezeption ausgeschaltet. In diesem falle ist es unverantwortlich, dass ein Hotel mit über 100 Betten keine Nachportier hat der Dienst hat. Die Polizei hat mich gegen Uhr 03:10 angerufen und mir mitgeteilt, dass sie jemanden gefunden haben, die mir weiterhelfen kann. Ich bitte Sie diese Bewertung in ihres Hotelportal zu veröffentlichen damit die Gäste kein unnötiges Risiko eingehen müssen weil eine Hotelkette mit Sparmaßnahmen die Sicherheit der Hotelgäste aufs spiel setzt. There are a few parking spaces in the city center, and the location is a bit difficult to find because check in and accommodation are not in the same building. Good health, there is no elevator in the underground parking lot. If you bring children, it is best not to consider it. Only adults can play it.

An older property but everything worked and it was perfectly adequate for a one night stay. The front desk folks were very nice and happy to help us with everything. We did not spring for the hotel breakfast as there were plenty of restaurants and bakeries within walking distance.
