Facilities: I bought a package ticket to watch the show, and the hotel was a bit of a pleasant surprise. The hotel has a gym and some other facilities, which is very good. Environment: The hotel environment is in the city, quite close to the theater, quiet in the bustling city. Service: Manager Jia at the front desk provided thoughtful and considerate service, and upgraded the room type in advance. I am very satisfied with the stay, and I give it a five-star rating! !

During the National Day holiday, I came to Langfang Dream of Red Mansions Drama Fantasy City with my family and friends. Before coming, I looked at the hotels near the scenic spots. Finally, after comprehensive consideration, I chose Arcadia. After reading the previous reviews of the hotel, I was full of expectations. After checking in, I was more satisfied than expected. The hotel has a favorable price and a very high cost performance [strong]. As soon as I arrived at the hotel, I was attracted by the outdoor environment. There are abundant outdoor greenery, the flowers and plants look carefully taken care of, the lobby is magnificent, the hotel has many festival decorations, you can take pictures and check in 📸, and there are small games that you can participate in. The children are very happy. In addition, there are many local specialties and cultural and creative products in the lobby, as well as toys that children like. Yingtong, the housekeeper who checked in, kindly helped us arrange several rooms on the same floor, and also helped to upgrade the room type for free. The service attitude is very good, meticulous and professional. The children like the souvenirs placed in the lobby very much. Yingtong introduced them to us one by one, and finally everyone chose the souvenirs they were satisfied with. After staying for two consecutive days, the housekeeper Yingtong would take the initiative to ask if we needed anything in the room. The high-quality service provided by the hotel staff made us feel that the trip was worthwhile [rose]. The room was also good. It was decorated in advance and welcome fruits were prepared. It was warm and bright, spacious, clean and tidy. There was also a large French window with a wide view and complete facilities. Breakfast was on the first floor, with plenty of time for dining. The dining environment was also very good, with many seats, rich and varied dishes, fresh and good quality. I was very satisfied with the food. The hotel also has entertainment facilities, hot spring swimming, gym, billiard room, table tennis room, etc. There is also a naughty castle over there, where children can play. There are professional safety guards in the swimming pool, so you can play with confidence [strong] The overall experience of staying in the hotel was very good. It was a very right decision to choose this place during the National Day holiday. It added an unforgettable memory to our holiday. I will definitely come to this hotel again if I have the chance [grin]

Came to Langfang on a business trip, the hotel recommended by the customer, the location is very good, there is an exclusive parking lot, and the waiter assisted in opening the door when getting off the car, the experience was very good! The room is large, the facilities are complete, the bathtub fills quickly, and the bath is very comfortable! The breakfast is rich and the quantity is large and full!

設施：首先非常感謝賓館特別貼心地把我安排到設施完好度非常高的12層，之前投訴的7層某些房間的現象不存在了。但是我還是有點擔心是否會因為不是非吸煙樓層而被隔壁的二手煙影響到，結果非常幸運，那兩天都沒有煙味！大堂外面廣場上的磚應該好好維修了，尤其是行車途中經過的地方很多磚都高低不一容易造成行人絆倒。 衞生：沒有發現任何問題，值得表揚👍 環境：一如既往的好！臘梅花開始開花了！看到一位很有愛心的母親帶着孩子，孩子手上拿着一枝臘梅，心中五味雜陳… 服務：就是早餐服務員有點太急於下班了。既然規定了結束時間就應該結束時間到了之後才開始所有的收餐行為！當然，我也理解這是國有企業難以解決的問題。

Are they affordable, or just plain cheap skates? ”The least you expect, the more satisfied you will be”. Where do I start... A four letter word starting with S and ending with T, comes to mind, when thinking about rating this hotel, in terms of service received. Front of house (seven or more staff), including the duty manager, were ”hanging around” the back of the counter, upon our arrival. A toothbrush, and a comb, that's it, that's what you can expect to find during your stay. Too much effort for them to even supply something as basic, as a shower cap. It's mid March, and can you guess, what music is playing in the background? Christmas music, clearly, there is no supervision and oversight from regional management, or just a lack of common sense. The rooms are dark, and have a dodging feel to them. In the dining area, where breakfast is served, you will find that the descriptions of the dishes on display, are solely in Chinese. No English whatsoever, yet, ”they” want to ”run” an Internationl / English brand. This branch, is in my opinion not worthy to represent an international brand. Perhaps, retraining or change of management, would be an option. Until then, this establishment will never see us again, nor will we recommend them.

We booked into the Holiday Inn Suites at ”Holiday Inn Langfang”, this time around. Our previous visits to this hotel, were not particularly good, with service ”a lack of service”, being the primary reason. Nevertheless, we wanted to try the ”Suites” section this time, and also see if things have improved. Unfortunately, we were yet again inconvenienced at check in. This is the only hotel, in China, in our experience that seem to not be favourable towards foreign guests. Bearing in mind that we have visited numerous hotels, and have been living and working here for around four years. Other than the most unpleasant check in process, our overall stay was fairly good. The ”suite” has a fairly spacious layout, and the rate is relatively affordable. We were very disappointed to learn that the swimming pool, was not operational (this whilst it's advertised on Trip.com). We do enjoy the Breakfast at this hotel, in fact, we have breakfast here at least once a week. Previously, we found that the Dish Name Cards at the Breakfast Buffet, are only in Chinese. This is still the case, WHY? As it's an ”International Brand”, hence we expect a level of English as well. This can be such a lovely Hotel, if only they would work on improving their service levels. With that said, we received excellent service from ”Allen”, whom tried his best to meet our requirements. (Perhaps, his management, could learn some professional courtesy from him). There are numerous hotels around, and if this one wishes to remain busy, best they improve their service, especially towards foreign guests.
