不愧是桔子酒店，房間很大，很乾凈，而且超級安靜，這是最舒心的，前台小姐姐服務態度極好，後期出差還會考慮住桔子的。

安全方面每個環節都有問題。晚上8點回房間發現門是開着的，是白天保潔完後忘記鎖門了，號稱有保安巡邏，巡了一天也沒發現門沒關。問如何杜絕此類現象再次發生，回覆話術“以後會加強培訓”，出了問題就一個前台小姑娘隔着電話在那裡一遍一遍“抱歉女士”，顯然這種打開住客的房門又不關的“小問題”不值得驚動管理人員。這不是第一次安全問題，也不會是你們最後一次安全問題，你們的策略就是等着出了問題再道歉。華住會就是這樣的管理水平，長見識了。
