The environment and facilities have nothing to say, super, the bed is very comfortable, the bathroom is also big, the hot water is three seconds hot, the water supply system is great, the only shortcoming is the room service, staying in such a good hotel is because you want to enjoy the service. There is no water delivery service...the waiter in the small shop on the first floor is not staffed enough to deliver it, so I don’t drink it at all. The other things are fine and they are all very good. I will stay here next time I will bring two more bottles of water.

Are they affordable, or just plain cheap skates? ”The least you expect, the more satisfied you will be”. Where do I start... A four letter word starting with S and ending with T, comes to mind, when thinking about rating this hotel, in terms of service received. Front of house (seven or more staff), including the duty manager, were ”hanging around” the back of the counter, upon our arrival. A toothbrush, and a comb, that's it, that's what you can expect to find during your stay. Too much effort for them to even supply something as basic, as a shower cap. It's mid March, and can you guess, what music is playing in the background? Christmas music, clearly, there is no supervision and oversight from regional management, or just a lack of common sense. The rooms are dark, and have a dodging feel to them. In the dining area, where breakfast is served, you will find that the descriptions of the dishes on display, are solely in Chinese. No English whatsoever, yet, ”they” want to ”run” an Internationl / English brand. This branch, is in my opinion not worthy to represent an international brand. Perhaps, retraining or change of management, would be an option. Until then, this establishment will never see us again, nor will we recommend them.

We booked into the Holiday Inn Suites at ”Holiday Inn Langfang”, this time around. Our previous visits to this hotel, were not particularly good, with service ”a lack of service”, being the primary reason. Nevertheless, we wanted to try the ”Suites” section this time, and also see if things have improved. Unfortunately, we were yet again inconvenienced at check in. This is the only hotel, in China, in our experience that seem to not be favourable towards foreign guests. Bearing in mind that we have visited numerous hotels, and have been living and working here for around four years. Other than the most unpleasant check in process, our overall stay was fairly good. The ”suite” has a fairly spacious layout, and the rate is relatively affordable. We were very disappointed to learn that the swimming pool, was not operational (this whilst it's advertised on Trip.com). We do enjoy the Breakfast at this hotel, in fact, we have breakfast here at least once a week. Previously, we found that the Dish Name Cards at the Breakfast Buffet, are only in Chinese. This is still the case, WHY? As it's an ”International Brand”, hence we expect a level of English as well. This can be such a lovely Hotel, if only they would work on improving their service levels. With that said, we received excellent service from ”Allen”, whom tried his best to meet our requirements. (Perhaps, his management, could learn some professional courtesy from him). There are numerous hotels around, and if this one wishes to remain busy, best they improve their service, especially towards foreign guests.

The feeling of entering the store is very warm and the lobby is spacious and bright. The service staff is very warm and willing to provide all kinds of help. The breakfast is rich, and there is a buffet for lunch. The dishes are also vegetarian. The most important thing is that the price is very, very reasonable. The room is comfortable and hygienic, and the facilities are very user-friendly, and the network high-speed signal is good. In short Very good !!!

I really want to praise the service at the front desk of Qianli Hotel. First, let me say that the hotel is located in the city center and is close to everything. Wanda is only a few minutes' walk away. Because I went to Langfang to do some errands, I arrived at the hotel before two o'clock. The girl surnamed Sun spoke very softly, the room was prepared in advance, the rooms were arranged together, and she also helped us with the luggage (although it was useless in the end 😄) but she was really caring, thank you sincerely🙏 and tell us about the nucleic acid You can get there by walking. She also gave us Band-Aid and antiseptic tablets. Anyway, we are saying that the thoughtful service is absolutely worthy of the price. Langfang is the most cost-effective, no one. If you have friends, you will definitely come to Langfang. Hotel to recommend

Friends came to Langfang to play, we chose to stay at the Hampton by Hilton Hotel, to be honest, it was really amazing to me, entered the store and checked in at the front desk to send us a small gift, the room environment is very clean, the room sister service is very warm, the room is facing the street but not noisy at all, sound insulation is very good. The message in the room, haha, I am very happy to see that picture. The next day for breakfast, the waiter smiled very sincerely. The variety of breakfast is too rich, desserts, salads, hot drinks, cold dishes, hot dishes, freshly cooked noodles. The rice noodles in the Ming stall, the meat sauce, are really delicious, the wall crack is recommended 👍👍👍 I also specially asked their chef to teach me how to do it. Very patient to tell me the practice and precautions. Beautiful breakfast, directly bring a good mood for the whole day. I stayed at the Arcadia International Hotel during the holidays and had a great experience. The lobby is very bright and warm. The staff are very enthusiastic. There is a dedicated concierge to help with luggage. The little girl who checked in at the front desk was also very gentle. Special thanks to Ying. Miss Tong provided thoughtful and meticulous service during our stay and had an excellent service attitude. The hotel is located in Langfang Development Zone, with convenient transportation. There are all kinds of supermarkets, restaurants and shopping malls nearby, which is very convenient. The room is spacious with large floor-to-ceiling windows and beautiful views. The equipment and facilities are complete, the rooms are clean and the bedding is comfortable and soft. The room service was also very prompt, and a welcome fruit plate was given as a gift upon check-in, which was very considerate. I will come and stay here next time if I have a chance!

Anna at the front desk of the hotel has a good attitude and good service. The hotel has complete facilities, especially the fitness room and swimming pool. The fitness room is one of the most complete equipment in the high-end hotel fitness room I have seen. The swimming pool is divided into 4 channels, the water is very clean, facing the sunset Very artistic, the Wanda Plaza and Food Street are super convenient when you turn left when you leave the hotel. The hotel is very large, the lobby is tall and grand, the hotel is clean and tidy, the room is super large, the indoor environment is clean and tidy, there is a viewing balcony outside, the bathroom is large, equipped with a bathtub, and the service is good. When I checked in, I felt that the oversized room was very empty, and the outer windows were not tightly closed. The air conditioner had to be fully turned on in winter and summer, resulting in a huge waste of energy, materials, and manpower. After checking in, I felt that there were flaws in the early design and construction. The comfort of the room is affected. The oversized bedroom lacks a sense of warmth. The air conditioner is turned up and the noise is loud, and the air conditioner is turned down. The room is not soundproof. There is no sound insulation, no moisture insulation, and it can't be pushed. Such a good hotel, I hope it will improve and the business will be better and better.

第一次是在春節期間入住，計劃之外的行程，真是緣分，刷到了貴酒店。上午訂房，下午入住。春節期間有很多活動，娃們沒玩盡興，又多續住一天！ 酒店主打的傳統文化，大堂一樓有七修的活動區域，很寬敞。在園區旁邊樓裏，還有七修書院和知行院。有不同的活動課程，而且是少有的大人和娃都能找到合適的課程。琴棋書畫目前就沒看見棋。 一樓游泳池水温很好，有小童戲水池，比大泳池水温略高，合適幼童玩耍。 酒店裡餐廳價格很親民，比某大牌檔要便宜。三個餐廳風格各不相同，但是味道都很好。 各種活動的工作人員都友善有耐心，主動和小朋友聊天，幫助小朋友完成活動。前台小陳小姐姐在續住的時候提供了很方便划算的續住方案。 由於春節入住感受很好，又定了元宵節的入住，參加七修書院的元宵活動。第二次的入住依舊很棒，前台小姐姐們送了娃一份早餐，非常感謝 希望大堂的七修活動區域持續開發新的傳統文化活動，下次再去還能繼續參加！
