本來應該是一次愉快的入住,但是發生的兩件事令我很生氣,這是我老家目前為止唯一一家星際酒店,無論從環境,地理位置,還有裝修風格上都很一流,並且地靠大興機場,交通出行都非常便利,曾經到這裏用餐,感覺服務各方面也非常不錯,曾經一度令我很驕傲,畢竟一個小縣城能有一個這樣規格的酒店,於是就萌發了想在這家酒店幹老本行,項目培訓,於是藉著給父母調身體的機會就邀請了朋友過來遊玩北京,特意將住處安排至此,第一天,我們出去旁邊一家叫廣順興的吃飯打包回來經過大廳上電梯,就見一個瘦高個的男人跟店內一個服務員閑聊,並且指着我們打包的袋子説你看你看,他們去吃的這家,我告訴你,千萬不能吃,都是預製菜……當時我客人就在當場一度令我很尷尬,然後就是今天退房説什麼丟了一個便簽夾,一口咬定是我們帶走了,關鍵我最生氣的事,房間最先是我定的,不聯繫我,反覆給我北京的客人打電話,當天我在趕路,等我下飛機就衹看到我朋友發過來訊息説要扣我們六十元按金,且不説什麼便簽夾到底值不值這麼多錢,我就想請問一下你們酒店説我們帶走了,我們反覆查找後沒有,你們如何一口咬定就是我們給帶走的?還要單方粗暴的通知我的客人要扣按金?當我看到朋友這條訊息時我非常氣氛,我想請問酒店,以後再入住你們酒店是否需要挨個兒核對房間物品,是否應該提供給我一個物品清單,甚至挨個兒拍照上傳?如若不然,就像我現在這樣莫名其妙被扣60元?
