本來應該是一次愉快的入住，但是發生的兩件事令我很生氣，這是我老家目前為止唯一一家星際酒店，無論從環境，地理位置，還有裝修風格上都很一流，並且地靠大興機場，交通出行都非常便利，曾經到這裏用餐，感覺服務各方面也非常不錯，曾經一度令我很驕傲，畢竟一個小縣城能有一個這樣規格的酒店，於是就萌發了想在這家酒店幹老本行，項目培訓，於是藉著給父母調身體的機會就邀請了朋友過來遊玩北京，特意將住處安排至此，第一天，我們出去旁邊一家叫廣順興的吃飯打包回來經過大廳上電梯，就見一個瘦高個的男人跟店內一個服務員閑聊，並且指着我們打包的袋子説你看你看，他們去吃的這家，我告訴你，千萬不能吃，都是預製菜……當時我客人就在當場一度令我很尷尬，然後就是今天退房説什麼丟了一個便簽夾，一口咬定是我們帶走了，關鍵我最生氣的事，房間最先是我定的，不聯繫我，反覆給我北京的客人打電話，當天我在趕路，等我下飛機就衹看到我朋友發過來訊息説要扣我們六十元按金，且不説什麼便簽夾到底值不值這麼多錢，我就想請問一下你們酒店説我們帶走了，我們反覆查找後沒有，你們如何一口咬定就是我們給帶走的？還要單方粗暴的通知我的客人要扣按金？當我看到朋友這條訊息時我非常氣氛，我想請問酒店，以後再入住你們酒店是否需要挨個兒核對房間物品，是否應該提供給我一個物品清單，甚至挨個兒拍照上傳？如若不然，就像我現在這樣莫名其妙被扣60元？
