Hotels near New Chaoyang Shopping Center in Langfang

We booked into the Holiday Inn Suites at ”Holiday Inn Langfang”, this time around. Our previous visits to this hotel, were not particularly good, with service ”a lack of service”, being the primary reason. Nevertheless, we wanted to try the ”Suites” section this time, and also see if things have improved. Unfortunately, we were yet again inconvenienced at check in. This is the only hotel, in China, in our experience that seem to not be favourable towards foreign guests. Bearing in mind that we have visited numerous hotels, and have been living and working here for around four years. Other than the most unpleasant check in process, our overall stay was fairly good. The ”suite” has a fairly spacious layout, and the rate is relatively affordable. We were very disappointed to learn that the swimming pool, was not operational (this whilst it's advertised on Trip.com). We do enjoy the Breakfast at this hotel, in fact, we have breakfast here at least once a week. Previously, we found that the Dish Name Cards at the Breakfast Buffet, are only in Chinese. This is still the case, WHY? As it's an ”International Brand”, hence we expect a level of English as well. This can be such a lovely Hotel, if only they would work on improving their service levels. With that said, we received excellent service from ”Allen”, whom tried his best to meet our requirements. (Perhaps, his management, could learn some professional courtesy from him). There are numerous hotels around, and if this one wishes to remain busy, best they improve their service, especially towards foreign guests.

Are they affordable, or just plain cheap skates? ”The least you expect, the more satisfied you will be”. Where do I start... A four letter word starting with S and ending with T, comes to mind, when thinking about rating this hotel, in terms of service received. Front of house (seven or more staff), including the duty manager, were ”hanging around” the back of the counter, upon our arrival. A toothbrush, and a comb, that's it, that's what you can expect to find during your stay. Too much effort for them to even supply something as basic, as a shower cap. It's mid March, and can you guess, what music is playing in the background? Christmas music, clearly, there is no supervision and oversight from regional management, or just a lack of common sense. The rooms are dark, and have a dodging feel to them. In the dining area, where breakfast is served, you will find that the descriptions of the dishes on display, are solely in Chinese. No English whatsoever, yet, ”they” want to ”run” an Internationl / English brand. This branch, is in my opinion not worthy to represent an international brand. Perhaps, retraining or change of management, would be an option. Until then, this establishment will never see us again, nor will we recommend them.

I stay here every time I come to Langfang for business, and I am considered a regular customer. I have been assigned the same room twice in a row recently. I don’t know if it’s a coincidence or care for Ctrip customers. There is no one in this room, compared to others. Not to mention the small size of the room, it is also in the corner opposite the elevator, so lively! The worst two experiences I have ever had at this hotel

The room was clean and tidy, the windows were bright, there was no smell, the environment was very comfortable, and the sound insulation was very good. There are many types of breakfast in the restaurant, the lunch buffet is also quite rich, you can also order separately, very convenient, the taste is very good, and the price is affordable. There is a bus when you go out, it is very convenient to take the high-speed rail.

I really want to praise the service at the front desk of Qianli Hotel. First, let me say that the hotel is located in the city center and is close to everything. Wanda is only a few minutes' walk away. Because I went to Langfang to do some errands, I arrived at the hotel before two o'clock. The girl surnamed Sun spoke very softly, the room was prepared in advance, the rooms were arranged together, and she also helped us with the luggage (although it was useless in the end 😄) but she was really caring, thank you sincerely🙏 and tell us about the nucleic acid You can get there by walking. She also gave us Band-Aid and antiseptic tablets. Anyway, we are saying that the thoughtful service is absolutely worthy of the price. Langfang is the most cost-effective, no one. If you have friends, you will definitely come to Langfang. Hotel to recommend

The breakfast buffet is good, the free parking lot is large, and parking is easy. There is a yard at the back of the hotel. It is very pleasant to walk there every day. The front desk and room service are in place, and the waiters are very kind and friendly. The chefs in the restaurant are not willing to wear masks. This needs to be improved. The waiters in the restaurant can collect the used tableware in time. I am very happy to book the standard double room in building A, the VIP building twin room with free upgrade.

The hotel hardware equipment is good, but the service is lacking and not satisfied. Because I was in a hurry and forgot to take the charger, I would always ask the front desk to take the charger. The front desk did bring it, but it couldn't be used. I didn't think too much. Who knows when I go down to eat. I saw a series of power banks next to the front desk. I have never seen so many power banks at the front desk of a hotel in Guangdong, and a lot of people are borrowing them. What cap 99. You slowly understand the meaning of it. I just think it’s too obvious. I would rather you say that there is no charger than pretend to take a bad one.

The hotel looks very grand from the outside. I saw this hotel not far from the highway exit. It has convenient transportation and parking. The self-service machine at the front desk checked in quickly and conveniently. I went to the restaurant for dinner the next day. The breakfast dishes were delicious and varied. The freshly ground coffee is so fragrant. I have experienced the petty bourgeoisie life. The service attitude in the restaurant is good and the waiters are very proactive! I was recommended a red bean hot drink and a special sesame seed cake with meat! Eat well! It is hygienic and clean and provides a comfortable environment for traveling. It is worth recommending! ! !

The surrounding environment is quiet, eating and shopping are very convenient, the store is enthusiastic, any needs can be solved in time, the room hygiene is good, very satisfied with a stay experience
