Amazing crew, friendly service. Location is okay, not too close to the beach but nice enough. Surrounding is a little bit rundown but that seems to be the norm for Langkawi hotels at this price range.

Complimentary in room snacks and welcome drinks at bar. Pool view is nice, staff are warm and friendly. Plenty of car parks without charges.

The hotel has ample parking, and the lobby on the first floor is quite nice. This hotel is mostly frequented by Caucasians. The room environment is average, and the cleanliness was poor during my multi-day stay. My friend developed a severe skin allergy, scratching their skin raw at night. I'd recommend bringing your own sheets if you plan to stay here.
