I may said this was my first bad experience. Its actually service apartment and resort. I just want to give treatment after few days work in Langkawi. Once arrive at the reception no greet welcome. They gave me room at the 2nd floor opposite the swimming pool and sound music very loud. After few minutes at the room I can hear construction doing some work very near to my room. I request for another room and they gave me 5th floor very far from the lift. Inside room size very small and no space to pray. The room very old and not well maintain. The toilet smell very bad with dirty curtain shower. Even budget hotel serve free two bottle drinking water but this hotel ask Guest to take on your own at the water dispensar outside walkway. Also the shower towel not white color but very old. The bed not a queen size but two single combine into one. I m Sorry to say this hotel not muslim friendly. The photo in the advertisemt totally not the actual. If you looking for privacy this hotel not for you because from our Room can hear people chating, Children screaming and smell people cooking. I must say Its not worth with What you spent.

Easy to park the car with a free onsite multistorey carpark linked to the hotel. Registration counter staff weren't the most friendly and gave cursory answers to our queries, but the gorgeous view more than made up for it. They play music at the pool bar that could be abit loud if you stay on the lower floors but they do switch it off after 10 or 11pm. Sheets aren't exactly the cleanest (spotting on the runner) and pool towels look like room towels that made for some confusion, but appreciated the laundry room and water dispenser with free powder detergent. Good water pressure. Bay view rooms face south so the light isn't blinding during sunrise or sunsets. Many food options in the shophouses opposite the hotel. Kitchen is bare ones but the microwave and fridge are definitely very functional. Clothes drying back also available. Pool is pretty clean. Breakfast buffet is pretty varied and quite delicious, with a live egg station available. Menu changes slightly everyday. Pretty good place to stay especially for the view.

We travelled with children and 4 adults. The rooms are very convenient with microwave and fridges.
Though the hotel is not new , it has sea view , and quite near to MAHA tower and Kuah town. Not luxurious type, but definitely is family friendly, opposite the resort there are 24Hr convenient stores and duty free chocolate shops. I like the setting of the rooms actually, 2 bedrooms are not interconnected but share the same gate, but with individual balcony attached.
