Room was not cleaned properly next room to us was noisy. I think i wasted my money.

The customer service is bad! We are traveling from the U.S. to Vancouver and booked this hotel for 2 nights. We didn’t bring the dog inside the room but they’re trying to charge $80 for my 2 dogs for two nights staying. I told them to check the camera; still, they didn’t check and gave us free to go without charging! Honestly, they’re trying to steal the money from us if we didn’t mention checking the security camera! Be careful when you travel with your dogs in this hotel! The room is not clean still has some dirty inside!

The walls had marks, scribbling, there were ‘patch work’ replacements done on the ceilings, They had old flat comforters with cigarette holes. The mattresses were horrible.

This hotel/motel is extremely run down. Our team stayed here. The service was good and staff was helpful. This is my only positive about our experience. Our rooms had a hole punched in the bathroom door, stained towels, blood on a pillow case, floors that were damaged and a bit hazardous. Right beside Starbucks and McDonald’s. We didn’t have the breakfast as it was just apples, nutrigrain bars and cereal. Don’t waste your money staying here!

Let’s start with the positives. The bed was really comfortable and it was quite clean. The building and units are quite old and mostly original with minor cheap upgrades. You definitely did not get the warm comfort feeling from this place. It gives more bates motel/prison cell vibes.
The staff were polite and friendly and the coffee in the lobby was not bad. Unfortunately, when we got there quite late at night, the heat in our unit did not function at all, so it was cold. However, we felt it was too late to move rooms so we didn’t complain.
Overall, it’s ok if you just need a little place to crash for the night, but definitely not somewhere I would choose to stay again.
