Five-star praise, this is the second time I come to Langzhong, and I stay at this hotel every time. The hotel is very luxurious. I booked a club double room this time. The room is very large, and the facilities are very new. The breakfast is also very rich. Highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel rooms are hygienic and clean. The furniture and marble make people feel very comfortable. The furniture is also very new. The air circulation in the room is good and the environment is good.

As mentioned by our taxi driver, the hotel is one of the best in Langzhong. It is located just next to the entrance and a short 5 minute walk to the Zhang Fei Temple. You can also walk along the Jialing river at night just outside the hotel's entrance. Service was great. Our initial room had some unfinished repair works and the front desk immediately gave us another room. Staff was also accommodative of our constant requests.

This stay experience was evaluated under the last living experience. I am sorry that the service can give four stars. Although the staff at the back have solved it, the problem situation is indeed a bit too much. Other aspects are very nice. The following problems are listed one by one. 1. When I checked in at noon, I asked to open a room of the same type as the last time. There is a wedding room next to the room where I stayed. The team was noisy early in the morning and we could not rest well. The front desk did not clearly inform us when we checked in (if we inform us in advance, we may ask for a floor change) 4. On the night of check-in, we had a late night package, but when we ordered the meal, we told the kitchen to get off work and promised to make up the next night (Fortunately, we had to come to the bucket noodles in the communication with the staff at noon, otherwise I really don’t know where to find food) and I didn’t eat my late night when I left the store. 5. Before the next afternoon, I communicated with the front desk to clean up the room. As a result, I returned to the hotel at night. The sheets and quilts were not changed, the new slippers were not added, the bathing area was not covered with a non-slip towel pad, and the bathtub was not cleaned. I communicated with the front desk temporarily to change rooms. Overall, the staff is very fast and enthusiastic to solve the problem, but can they be deeply cultivated in the details, I hope the hotel will be better and better.
