It was a good hotel in a good location, but most of the facilities were under construction when I visited. It's very close to the station, so you can often hear the train.

Very disappointed. Didn’t get maid service on 2 night stay. Second night the room key didn’t work. Horrible TV set up. Guide didn’t display anything.

The staff was wonderful, although the front desk was not immediately accommodating when I asked for pillows that were not feathers. They said they ddin't have them, but another staff heard me and said yes, we do and can change them for you. First staff at the front desk wasn't friendly, the day time one was nice and friendly.
The way the room was set up the tv wasn't facing bed or couch so we moved the table so we could watch sitting or laying down.
The breakfast was good, although so busy they ran out of stuff because of a tournament happening.
The housekeeper was wonderful! so nice and friendly.
Area was great, close to everything and next to train station.

I have stayed many times at this hotel, both before and after the remodel. The remodel looks very nice but is impractical. There is no reading light in the rooms so working in the evening or reading is not possible. The light in the bathroom is not bright enough to put on make-up and unfortunately the mattresses are so hard they give me back pain. It's like sleeping on a floor with a sheet. The hotel is close to the place where I have appoin**ents but I stopped going there when the prices were raised. Because it was Jan 2, I get a good deal. The staff and personnel are always very nice.
