We too are very sad to see this once excellent Territory institution go so badly downhill. Despite premium pricing, these days Knotts crossing is far from a premium venue. Our room had serious mould in the shower (including pink mould), a kitchen cupboard hanging open, kitchen taps without their under-tap collars, a broken outdoor chair, and even the ironing board cover was ragged and ill fitting. The response from the hotel was to be unresponsive and dismissive - when the maintenance worker turned up, the mould in the shower and other concerns were met by a shrug of the shoulders and he wasn’t seen again. Had to fight to get some recognition of the unsatisfactory nature of our experience, and seems like they couldn’t actually be less interested. Very disappointed and sad - we wont be back.
