The bathrooms have see through doors, which is awkward if there are multiple guests in a room, and you pay to park overnight. Just be prepared. No extra blankets were available for the pull out bed.

This is a great place to stay, the rooms are excellent and clean. Most of the staff were very friendly and some were probably a little reserved ( but not by any means bad). The Breakfast served was very good and of good quality. The room does need a nightlight especially at the bathroom as the doors are glass and could disturb others sleeping but it was a minor issue. The place is next to Sam's Club and a large shopping Mall and a mile away from MSU. So overall great place to stay

The staff checking us in was not private with our information. They spoke very inappropriately and loudly with other guests around who could hear personal information. Customer service and privacy training would be appreciated.

Place is nice wish they would have something ( to eat) for people who need to catch a 6 am flight out of Lansing. Missed breakfast completely. Even some power bars or a doughnut??

Hotel is getting very worn, needs a refresh soon. Not up to par with what it was 5, 6 years ago. This Hyatt Place ranks down in the bottom when it comes to other Hyatt Place hotels. The hotel was clean, location is good and the price is good. Staff at desk seemed to be tired of Michigan and were struggling to remember that they are in a service industry.

I made reservations for early check in and when I called to ask regarding my time of arrival, the front desk staff stated "that I could not check in too early despite my reservations" Other than that, overall experience was okay. The walls are paper thin at the door, I was awaken to a screaming child and people in the hallway during the night and morning.
