great location near all the gov offices. not much facilities, just the room. a bit dated but it was clean. would stay there again

This was a great stay (3 nights) and I had no complaints until checkout (that's the reason for the 3-star review). The accommodations were great and the breakfast was of a decent quality and great value. As a Hilton Gold member, I am eligible for a $15 daily credit on food. It's a good thing I requested a copy of my folio. I noticed that I had been charged for one day's breakfast and no credit had been applied. When I pointed this out to the front desk associate, she said a refund of $15 would be provided. I left and a week later was disappointed to see that no $15 credit was refunded for the error. It is not a huge amount but causes one to wonder if this is just a sneaky trick to rake in a few extra bucks from unsuspecting guests. Please verify your bill before check-out.

I canceled my room reservation to stay at another Hilton property. I have the reservation cancellation email, and this property double booked me, and then proceeded to refuse to refund me, even though it was their error.. and I was staying at another Hilton property. Customer service absolutely horrendous. I would never stay nor recommend this property. Be careful if booking!!!! You may get charged as a “no show”even if you cancel. Disgusting.

Staff is friendly however parking is an issue, ran out of pillows so kids didn’t have pillows for pull out sofa. Rooms are pretty small as well

Stinky room, below power quality for Hilton name. Difficult Parking, did not get what I booked for. Overall, one of the poorest experience. I had to cover my head with a bedsheet in order to avoid the smell in the room, even with air condition on there was a smell. I was so tired that I did not bother to call the reception because I saw the quality of the reception and receptionist and I did not bother, as I knew that there won’t be any good telling them anything.

Weekend street parking is free, and found a spot on the side street next tot he hotel, so that was a bonus. Room was nice, and clean. Convenient location to walk to multiple restaurants and bars. The Riverwalk nearby was very nice with a sculptures and installation pieces.

Our room was very clean and the staff was very accommodating when we learned there was no conference center.

Everything was amazing. A version of a grab and go breakfast would of been the only thing we missed
