一次定了4間房，酒店位處半山腰，環境非常優美，房間乾淨整潔。設施很好，還有配套小陽台，早上到陽台看看美景心曠神怡。酒店的服務特別好，同行隊員把衣服落到房間，服務員第一時間發現就給我們送過來了，前一晚我們一行9人到達酒店近10點，還想去泡温泉，温泉11點關門，大堂經理親自帶我們過去，安排給我們預留泡池，充分感受到了熱情周到。可惜温泉體驗時間有些倉促，下次時間充裕，一定再去。

房間設施陳舊，室內温泉池子裏放完水後，明顯的淤泥都不清理。特別是男賓室的服務生，態度極其差，説話愛理不理，下次再不選擇天譚温泉了。

帶陽台看山看落日，很好。但泡温泉離十米左右南邊這個酒店，不如直接下樓就泡温泉那個酒店好。我們住的這個洗澡水就來了一會兒，還衹能泡一次，而泡温泉那邊那個酒店隨便泡，設施好。以後一定要在泡温泉酒店這邊住。
