The service is really great. There was no heater the day before, so the hotel cancelled the booking. The second time I checked in, I confirmed whether the hotel had heaters. The manager on duty confirmed that there were heaters and upgraded me to a suite. But after confirming that there was still no heater, the manager on duty prepared heaters in advance and asked me to check in at the Holiday Inn Express next door in advance. The breakfast was still superb. There were hairs everywhere in the sanitation, and the cleaning was not completed. The dead mosquitoes were still on the wall.
