Sheraton Lanzhou Anning

Traveling with kids, the room was spacious and quiet, so we all had a good night's sleep. My child loved it too, and Nicole was so gentle and sweet. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

Breakfast offers a wide selection, and the freshly made Lanzhou beef noodles are authentic and delicious. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, making it a top choice for both business and leisure travelers.

Higher floors offer particularly good views. **Transportation & Shopping:** Wuyue Plaza and Lanzhou Customs Metro Station are right downstairs, making transportation and dining incredibly convenient. There's also an airport shuttle stop right outside. **Service:** The extra bed price was reasonable, and it came with a full set of amenities like toothbrushes, slippers, and towels, without even needing to ask. The service and reception staff were always helpful and answered all our questions without being overly intrusive. Housekeeping was discreet, ensuring daily cleaning and replenishment of items, and always responded promptly to requests. They also thoughtfully provided fresh fruit daily. **Front Desk:** I had pre-communicated about a specific booking detail, and the service was spot on. The pricing was clearly and transparently communicated during checkout. Overall, the service staff are highly professional. There were no hidden fees, and the pricing was transparent and reasonable. They maintained a respectful distance from guests – no prying, idle chatter, or clustering – truly demonstrating their commitment to their work and reflecting the high standard of hotel management. The facilities and service overall were very thoughtful and attentive. Highly recommend!

The room was clean and the surroundings were quiet. It's right next to Yintan Wetland Park, and my kids absolutely loved the themed room. They could swim every day, and the room was cleaned and tidied daily. The front desk service was warm and welcoming. We stayed on the 30th floor, and we could see the beautiful night view of 'Lanhattan' in the evening. Overall, I was very satisfied. Getting around by taxi was also very convenient. It's especially suitable for family trips. Next time I come to Lanzhou, I'll definitely choose this place again.

The location is great, especially for those traveling by air, as it's relatively close to the airport. The hotel elevator goes directly to the subway station, and the airport shuttle bus stop is right at the entrance, with buses every half hour. It's convenient for visiting attractions, dining, and shopping. What's really interesting is that in the same high-rise building, there's also the Orange Hotel, the Hanting Hotel (referred to as 'Quanji' here, which is a common brand name), and office spaces. Personally, I feel that a 5-star hotel is definitely more worthwhile!
