We stayed here just one night as we had a train early next morning, but we’d loved to stay here longer. The staff were so sweet and helpful, they gave us tea and generally provided great service and hospitality. The hotel is close to the railway station and the metro so it’s also easy to get into the town. The room was great, it was very clean and spacious. I’d love to come back and stay here again and I’d definitely recommend Kaida Hotel to others.

They accept foreigners. It's very close to west train station. The lady at reception was very enthusiastic and willing to make our stay perfect. ! The window in the twin room is facing the corridor, so we changed for a double room without problems and got the 2d duvet. Really nice stay taking into consideration that Lanzhou just started recovering from lock down and VERY FEW cafés were open. (We had to have lunch in 5* hotel in the center)

I stayed in this hotel just for one night. It is close to a subway station and one stop away from Lanzhou west train station, which is convenient to move. The room was small, but clean and cozy. It is worth the price.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, bar none. The environment is very bad. There is a strong smell in the corridor when you enter. The room smells even bigger and chokes. The front desk said that there will be a smell just after cleaning. The room size and furnishings do not match the description and pictures.
