The check-in process was smooth, the staff were polite, and they responded promptly to any requests. The room was a moderate size, clean, and fully equipped with daily necessities. The bedding was comfortable enough to meet my sleep needs. The hotel's location is not remote, and there are convenience stores nearby, making it convenient for travel and shopping. Overall, the value for money is average, making it a good choice for travelers seeking practicality without excessive demands.

The last stop of this trip to the northwest was in Lanzhou, and I chose this hotel by chance. Every time I went out or returned to the hotel, I would think of the hotel's warm self-service tea service, and the climate in the northwest also seemed not so dry.

I always stay at this hotel in Lanzhou. It's great, right next to the subway station, surrounded by delicious food, and the front desk service is excellent and responsive. This time, I even saw the hair dryer had been upgraded, which was awesome! 👍 The room I was assigned on the first day was a bit noisy and I didn't get enough rest. I reported this to the front desk the next morning and they immediately arranged a room change. It was fantastic and I've already recommended it to my friends. One suggestion: With more and more women traveling alone, I'd like hotels to offer a few safe, non-smoking rooms. This would be great for non-smokers.

The location is great, just a minute's walk from Subway Exit C. It's close to West Station, the museum, and the night market, and across the street is a huge China Resources Vanguard supermarket. The front desk lady was very kind and arranged a room for me according to my request. The room was clean, well-equipped, and had many thoughtful touches. It's clear the owner really puts a lot of effort into running the hotel.

The room is not small and the facilities are great, with separate wet and dry areas, a refrigerator, a disposable toilet seat, and smart home technology. It's a hotel worth staying in again. The only downside is the night light, which is too sensitive. It lights up every time I turn over in bed, which affects my sleep. I hope the hotel can improve this.

The hotel is spacious, the rooms are clean, and it's close to the Xizhanshi subway station, making it very convenient for travel. It's only a five-minute walk to the Gansu Museum, and diagonally across from Lanzhou Center.
