來蘭州住了好幾次的酒店，但是這次入住體驗，跟前幾次相比非常的差
大堂吧茶飲:服務人員一男一女態度非常惡劣，詢問態度很散漫，兩個人工作時間聊天。客人坐在這，也不主動詢問，住了這麼多次酒店，覺得職業涵養和酒店不相符，留下很差的印象，影響了下一次的選擇酒店的熱情！

We flew from Wuhan to Lanzhou on the weekend, and it was almost 2 a.m. when we arrived at the hotel! But the guy at the front desk who received us was still very enthusiastic (I think his name was Sun Chao)
He also gave us a card for afternoon tea (although we didn't use it in the end), which made my girlfriend and I feel the most and made a good start for this trip to Lanzhou (๑＞ڡ＜)✌️
The room environment and facilities are very good, and the bathroom is a double-sided pool, which should be a facility only available in star-rated hotels! Good value for money! By the way, there are fruits, drinks and humidifiers in the room! I am very satisfied with this hotel!
The only suggestion is that there is no exhaust fan in our bathroom! As a result, the smell can't get out🥲! This is a little embarrassing🥲!
