I originally intended to stay 2 nights at Hyatt, but ended up extending my stay for 2 more nights because of the excellent service & the amazing view from my room. I switched rooms twice, because other customers secretly smoked in their rooms and the 2nd hand smoke infiltrated into mine, even though the hotel has a strict policy of no smoking. The staff and especially Owen, the front desk manager, was especially accommodating. He made every effort to see to my comfort during my stay, even upgrading my room and offering two free breakfasts because of the smoking issue. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel in Lanzhou - the service & room & pool & gym & food (the Lanzhou beef noodles) are excellent!

The location of the hotel is super convenient. It is 20 meters away from the Xiguan Subway Exit. It is a 5-minute walk from Zhongshan Bridge. It is next to Zhangye Road Pedestrian Street. It is very convenient to go to the scenic spots, and the food is very convenient. The hotel environment is very good, clean and hygienic, with complete facilities and great atmosphere. Coffee It's also delicious, the first choice when you come to Lanzhou

The location is really convenient. The front desk staff is patient and enthusiastic, and will answer any inquiries. It is very close to the Pedestrian Street, Zhongshan Iron Bridge, Baita Temple (Baita Mountain Park), Lanzhou Forest of Steles, within walking distance. We went down the mountain and took a sheepskin raft and ate at the Asiya Xiguan restaurant. There is Watsons downstairs in the hotel, and I added lip balm, and the northwest is still quite dry. The hawthorn candied haws at the candied haws store at the door is delicious, and the sugar is crunchy. The sugar of this kind of candied haws in Suzhou is sticky. It should be enough to stay for two nights, and you can also go to Zhengning Night Market. We flew from Dunhuang to Lanzhou, and stayed near the airport for the first night. Afterwards, we felt that we should have stayed here on Zhangye Road for the first night. Another thing is that there is a Michelle Ice City store on the sheepskin raft. Next to it is a specialty store. It is really cheaper than the ones on the highway or in the airport. Very solid. I didn't think about buying cigarettes until I arrived at the airport. Lanzhou Jixiang sold for 32 packs at the airport, and 25 packs outside. It sells for 28 outside the Three Fortress, and 40 at the airport.

The hotel's facilities were exceptional, offering a diverse range of amenities such as a well-equipped fitness center, rejuvenating spa, and a stunning pool. However, what truly stood out for me was the captivating live music that filled the hotel. The talented musicians created a vibrant and unforgettable atmosphere, adding an extra touch of charm to my stay. All in all, this hotel's exceptional customer service and outstanding facilities made my experience truly unforgettable.

Turn left and you will reach the Provincial Government Subway Station, which is 50 meters away. Turn left and you will reach Zhangye Road Food Street, which is 500 meters away. Within 1,000 meters, you will find Zhongshan Bridge, Zhengning Road Night Market, Vientiane City Lanzhou Center, and two high-speed rail stations. The hotel staff are very polite and the service is impeccable. In short, I am very satisfied 😀

There are three reasons for choosing this hotel: First, because I like swimming, there is a swimming pool here; second, it is a hotel under IGH, so the quality and service must be good; third and most importantly, this Crowne Plaza guards the Yellow River - Ma River. Over the years, I have traveled to some places and stayed in some hotels. I have some understanding of various grades of hotels at home and abroad, and I have also invested in homestays in popular tourist areas in China. I like to dig deep and tell the truth. Usually, when this sentence comes out, it will definitely be unpleasant to hear: If I were to give an evaluation of hotels of the same star rating, grade and price, the score of the Crowne Plaza in Lanzhou might not be good. However, I still want to give it full marks! If nothing else, it is for the front desk and concierge of the hotel represented by the duty manager Li Lu, who are the young people on the front line. I stayed 5 nights at this hotel. It is located right across from the Lanzhou train station. The area is very busy with a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. It is very easy to use the subway right next to the train station to go around the city. There's also a bus terminal right next to the subway station.

First of all the hotel is in a great location, right next to Lanzhou centre (with direct access) near the gansu museum and gansu women and children's hospital. If that's not enough it's also close to the subway station. The rooms were spacious and clean and we felt very comfortable in them, the morning breakfast had plenty of options and was satisfactory. My only issue with this hotel is the elevator wait times (although that's not an issue with the hotel itself rather the building) when going from the ground floor to the hotel rooms we would often wait a few.minutes for the lift, when it arrived people would push infront ensuring no more space. When I left the hotel at 10 in the morning it took me over 20 minutes to just get an elevator with space to go down, i tried taking the stairs but the doors were locked. Overall a good hotel i wouldn't stay again just because of the elevator, everything else is perfect.
