I stay at this hotel frequently when I travel to China. The staff are friendly, the rooms are spacious and clean, all amenities provided.
Things to improve: Communication with whatsapp messages. The response is slow and when I required information to book a car to Sapa it took 2 hours to respond with a price of 600,000vnd. Meantime I had the hotel at Sapa help book a car for 500,000vnd within 20mins of messaging.
Whatsapp is a fantastic app for foriegners to communicate with the hotels, so I hope this is improved service to help their business grow.
For hot water, make sure the switch near the bathroom is turned on.
Other then that, it is a fantastic hotel.

The hotel and the location are great! Everything is new, good amenities!
The cleanliness is not perfect though: Our soap was already used and my feet were almost black after walking barefoot in the hotel room.
It was also quite loud, you can hear everything that is happening in the hallway.
Would still recommend!

The room is quite new, unfortunately, the room is tamed with crickets. After making up the room towels were not replaced. The service staff are unable to communicate in simple English or Chinese. The hotel only serves drinks not even a simple breakfast and no restaurants around, have to travel 1 to 2 km away.
Overall this is not a recommended hotel to stay if you are here for food and leisure

The hotel was really good value for money! Clean, comfortable, and easy. We stayed here before crossing the chinese-vietnamese border to Hekou, which was only a 15 minute walk to get to from the hotel. There is not much nearby of interest but since we stayed here just before crossing the border it did not really matter. There is also a really nice view of China from the room!

시설 깔끔히며 발코니 뷰 좋음
조금 밑으로 내려가면 현지시장있고
호텔앞 까페 느낌도 좋음
티비는 넷플 유투브가능함
더운날 하루.편히지냄. 추천
라오까이역 가려면 그랩도 좋지만
이용안했고 시장쪽가면 오토라이더들
