The location is good. It's by the Red River and it's strategically located less than 1km away from the Chinese-Vietnamese border. There're many convenience stores, restaurants, and coffee shops which make it very convenient.
The room is spacious and clean. The staff, although not very proficient in English, did try their best to communicate with me.
The limited breakfast options is the only "wish could be better" for me but this is more than made up for by just how cheap their room rates are!
As a business traveler, this hotel goes on my list of preferred vendors.

Hotel staff are helpful. Communication will be a bit of a problems due to language barrier. Eatery are walking distance. Mainly Vietnamese food. Transport wise Taxi don't ran by metre.

酒店早餐選擇還可以，
周邊距離河邊很近，風景也很不錯，
購買東西也很方便
下次來還是會考慮住在這裏，性價比很高

Nhân viên rất vô duyên, cười nói to trong sảnh. Mình có yêu cầu mang thêm gối cho hai bác bạn mình người nước ngoài do gối trong tủ có tóc. Bạn lễ tân không nhìn thấy mình đứng chỗ quầy bán hàng, truyền đạt lại "Bà Việt Nam bảo là gối có tóc, mang gối khác", cách nói rất thiếu tôn trọng khách hàng, kiểu trước mặt lễ phép nhưng sau lưng thì nói xấu khách, dùng từ bất lịch sự.
Sau đó chắc ngó thấy mình đứng đó nên không nói nữa. Rõ ràng khách sạn 4 sao mà đào tạo nhân viên thiếu chuyên nghiệp đến vậy.
