Visit Lao Cai for the 1st time and I chose to stay in Michis Hotel which was recommended by one of my friend. I love this hotel from the first sight. I was so impressed by the beautiful of the design and it's interior . My room is spacious and facing to the river . Staffs were so friendly especially the receptionist name Hao , a young beautiful lady always smiling at me and trying to assist me. My trip this time was so short but I will definitely come back.

Aware of reception asking you to double pay room
At check in, they kept insisting we have not paid for our room!, we had to show her our cc statement that it’s paid for. They won’t give us a room with a view, even though we were the only people staying there. We had to keep our curtains closed throughout as it was directly to an open top of the next building. At checkout, we were asked to pay for our room again! On our insistence, they let us go, as I said’ we paid for our room when we booked! Nice hotel, but the insisting that we have not paid for our room, even telling our driver who was waiting, makes me not happy as it sounds Ike we are staying for free! Nice location and clean place,

Vị trí khách sạn đẹp! Phòng sạch sẽ không có vết bụi và nhìn rất mới. Phòng có view Sông Hồng. Đến đây sảnh lễ tân có bể nước rất mát, có nhạc du dương , không ồn ào và rất dễ chịu. Nhân viên nhiệt tình thân thiện. Tôi đã có 1 kỳ nghỉ tuyệt vời ở đây và Tôi chắc chắn sẽ còn quay lại.

Khách sạn đẹp , thoáng thiết kế Châu âu rất nhiều chỗ checkin. Bước vào sảnh là bể nước mát với không gian trong lành. Lễ tân nhiệt tình thân thiện chu đáo, 10 điểm. Phòng thiết kế đẹp view Sông hồng với đầy đủ tiện nghi. Gần cạnh sạn cũng có ăn sáng trưa và tối. Rất tiện cho đi chơi hoặc du lịch.và chắc chắn tôi sẽ quay trở lại.

Dịch vụ chu đáo, khách sạn sang xịn mịn, phòng ốc sạch sẽ ở rất thích lại còn mặt đường an dương vương nên đi chơi đi ăn uống cũng gần, mình khá thích cách mà khách sạntrang trí mang cảm giác sang trọng ấm cúng, tiểu cảnh cũng như decor view đẹp rất thích hợp cho những cặp đôi lên lào cai du lịch, mong sẽ có lần sau lên lào cai để trải nghiệm lại dịch vụ khách sạn
