Everything was unclean. I don’t know how it has the rating it does. I’ve stayed in much nicer hotels for less.

Outlets didn’t work, I couldn’t shower in the am because the lights and outlets didn’t work in the room. When I reported this to the front desk- no apology. He just shrugged and said it isn’t our issue.

Room was clean. Furniture was well worn. Breakfast was sp****. Front desk clerk was hard to understand. This motel seriously needs updating and remodeling. We only needed a one night stay, so we survived. I doubt that we would stay there again.

The staff was very nice, but that is where it ended. Remote was dirty and there were seeds and dental floss on the bathroom floor. Woke up to find bugs in the bed. Office moved us to a different room and insisted they must have come in through an open window. Jeat did not work in the new room. Room was 61 degrees. There was another bug and an eyelash on the pillow! Bathroom towels had hair on them. Remote and bathroom fan did not work in the new room.

This place is trash. The rooms are run-down and there's no safe, nor do the doors to the outside lock. The rooms are in serious need of a renovation, and there were no toiletries in the bathroom, as advertised. The sound is awful and you won't be able to sleep at night without the fan running, which only runs constantly if you set if for no heat/air, so you can either have a silent night without temperature control, or a noisy night with temperature control. We didn't even bother checking out breakfast but the set-up alone shows that it would have been sub-standard. We stayed because it was immediately next door to the venue we were visting; never making this mistake again.
